Poor location

I booked this one quite rapidly while on the road. The pictures looked great, colourful and bright, I thought this would be a perfect stopover for the night. I didn't realise it was located in the industrial part of town. No real food in the area. Yes, two all-you-can-eat meat/grill type of places. Not my thing at all. No food at the hotel either. The people at the reception were friendly. No elevator to get my heavy suitcase upstairs to the second floor. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, but much smaller then I was hoping for. Hardly space to put my luggage. Had a good night's sleep though, comfy bed. Breakfast was abundant, although low quality of products. I guess it's ok for one night, but I know I won't come back.

More suited to backpacking on a budget

Cheap but still not great value for money.

Not the way to start the holiday - it was 30C+ that evening with no air con. We got by by sticking the broken fan near the open window, which was unfortunately next to the smoking area.

Cars parked close to the entrance / exit made exiting unnecessarily difficult.

To top it off, there was an motel next door offering 58 Euro air-conditioned rooms.

Gates closed. Sms with code too late

We booked this hotel, and arrived at 10pm. Gates were closed, we did not find anyone. So we jad to book another hotel at hogher price. As we arrived there, we received an sms for the code of the gate.... too late.

Don't eat at the Hotel

We arrived at the Hotel approximately 6pm and the Buffet was already set out, none of the salad had covers over the dishes. When we came down to eat at approximately 7.30pm we were the first to eat and still all the food was uncovered. My husband settled for 2 courses, starter and dessert and I settled on main course and dessert (there was no alternative food available) Every item on the main course was cold even though they were under lights but bearing in mind they had already been there at least 1.30 minutes. When the waitress came to collect my plate she did not comment on the fact that the food had not been touched but I did inform her that it was all cold, her comment "sorry".
I did mention it to Management on leaving the restaurant and again the only comment I got was "sorry". The staff was not " customer friendly" or helpful. My advice, find another hotel.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Booked a family room for the four of us, very clean and cosy. A couple of things to sort out tho...the door leading to the cat park didn't open at all well as it needed lifting off the carpet. Very awkward. As a family arriving with children aged 9 and thirteen it would have been nice to have a full toilet roll and not the scraggy end of a used one. Three small pots of milk for teas. Not enough for a family...receptionist very happy to offer three more. Take milk with you.
On the whole we were very pleased with our stay and the receptionist was great and also happy to deal with us in English. Superb service. We will come here again. But will be bringing extra loo roll and milk.
