The room itself was very nice, but the elevator didn't work and my wife has bad knees. We only stayed because it was late and we were only staying one night. I used the fitness room and the treadmill was out of service, the stepper would only work on one of the hardest resistance settings, so I couldn't use it. I ended up using the bicycle, but it also wasn't working, offering no resistance. The flatscreen tv in the fitness room was not connected to the cable or satellite, so it received no channels. The bed was very comfortable with good support and the bathroom was nice, but the bathfan didn't work. Breakfast was pretty good with self-made waffles and a nice selection of danish. The staff that we had contact with were pretty nice and it wasn't their fault that many things weren't functioning.

While I normally enjoy my stays at overnight accommodations with minimal issues I must say that I was highly displeased with this particular stay. And though they might be considered small issues it made my stay slightly inconvenient. First the ice machine was that was on my floor was unplugged and had no sign or notification of it being out of service. Which meant I had to use the ice machine on the lower floor which had no directional marking on where it was at. Second the elevator, which there is only one, was out of service and no notification was posted on the second floor. And third the side door next to where my room was located, which is a secured hotel key card door, was not working either. This also had no sign stating it was not working properly. So to regain entry you had to walk all the way to the front to gain access. Call it nitpicking but these few issues made this stay not so convenient for me. I hope my next stay, no matter where it is, is much better than this one.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. From the moment you get out of your car the parking lot is littered with cigarettes. Our non smoking smelled like a bar. The housekeeping did not clean our room two nights in a row. When I approached the front desk the woman said "oh she is new" what does that matter? The hotel caters to construction long term workers. Drive further up the road to a clean hotel.

Room was dirty. Had to change rooms because AC didn't work. Microwave in 2nd room didn't work. Directions were in Spanish only. Front desk employees were outside and no one was at desk when I wanted to check out. Not much food available for breakfast.

This is a nice motel and staff is very friendly but it could have been cleaner. Soap scum in bathtub and hair in the floor a long with the dust in the room. We were offered another room but it was very late and the rest of my family were already asleep.
