Nice place and good price

Nice clean rooms at a good price, just what I look for in a Motel. Breakfast was supposed to be included but nothing was available. Manager offered to cook something but I was in a hurry.
There was an outdoor pool but it was dirty looking, still a little early in the year to have it running I suppose.
Very nice stay!

This hotel gave a discount for the business group we were with and it was very much appreciated. We were able to acquire a handicapped room, which was very nice. We were overall very pleased and would stay here again. There was a hot breakfast both mornings that we were there. Staff was really nice and helpful. We would definitely return here.

This was just awful, I checked in Sep 09, 2016 into RM 109. I notice there was an awful smell. So I purchased some Air Wick and a mushroom to try to get ride of the order. Later that night I did feel something but I was so tried until brushed it off. Sat. morning as I awaken I pull the cover back and found a puddle of blood and under my pillow there was this black thing. I did report what happen and was move to another rm. I was told they had sprayed knowing this why did they rent it. I wasn't full.
We don't even talk about breakfast. I was told they wasn't going to cook nothing else first come first service. (WHAT) It was still time for breakfast which didn't end til 9:30. I tried to eat the biscuit and white gravy which was warm almost cold. I got sick after I had the milk/cereal away that went. However later that day I did get some hot food.
This need to forward to the manager office so I can get my money back,
These are the items I purchased, Benadryl, Air Wick/Mushroom Hawaii scent, that Tylenol. My arms had lots of bumps. Don't stay here are at lease on the first floor. I break out just to think about something eating at you while I slept.
Not as bad as the previous reviews from others.

This is NOT a Comfort Inn anymore but Executive Inn. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Upon arrival to my upstairs room, the ac wasn't on and the room was HOT. It had been in the high 90's that day and I checked in around 930pm so it took a couple of hours for the room to cool down but it did. I don't think my room had been rented for a while because there were dust bunnies on the wall and I could write, "I'm dusty" on the end tables. 5 lamps and 3 had bulbs, refrigerator didn't appear cool but the little freezer tray had ice on it so I put my drinks in that section and they were almost frozen by morning. There was what appeared to be a smear of blood on the comforter so I pulled it off and left a note on it. The bathroom was clean, good water pressure, but the commode went on/off at times. I ate breakfast the next morning. I chose the waffles, sausage, milk, and OJ. They had gravy but were out of biscuits (I didn't ask for any either and am sure they would have provided if I'd asked). I was there from 930pm until 9am, meaning all I needed was a place to sleep and shower. My needs were met and if in Jacksonville again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. While I didn't utilize the pool, I did walk to the pool area which was clean and appeared well maintained.
Go across the street!

I travel up to 150 days a year for my company and try to stay at Choice Hotels. I'm a Diamond Member with them and usually have a good experience in their hotels. I wondered why this hotel wasn't on my phone app after I asked my HR Dept. to book me a room there. They are an independent hotel not affiliated with the Choice brand, something I've never heard of before. BIG mistake. I traveled most of the night and day and just crashed on my bed for a nap. When I awoke, I went into the bathroom to use the toilet and found a condom in the commode. To me this means 2 things; 1-they didn't clean well, 2-probably someone had sex in my room after it was cleaned! OK, WOW this sucks but I've got to get up early and will deal with it. Then I found a cocktail glass in the tub along with a used soap and shampoo bottle. Again, OK I'll deal with it. When I went to make coffee for my early morning wake-up, there was a green/white slime that was climbing up the reservoir in the coffee maker that was beyond disgusting. I brought the coffee maker and my story to the front desk, cancelled my 10 day reservation and went across the street to the Holiday Inn Express which is an unbelievably clean and friendly hotel. GO THERE!
