Above expectations, well worth the $
S_V56003on 20/11/2017 20:11Once I arrived, I needed to go buy supplies and finalize a presentation I was making the next day. The front desk clerk printed a slide I couldn't find and was very gracious. The breakfast the next day was good, hot, and filling. Upon returning to the hotel, I was exhausted. I asked about the possibility of a late checkout and was given more than enough time to recharge my batteries. Clean, spacious, all one could ask for. But the best feature was their customer service. They went above and beyond.
Wonderful Stay at Hotel
Jetttripon 27/10/2017 13:46My daughter chose this hotel as it was Military friendly and close to highway. We drove from St Louis to see the Minimalists at University.
Our room was perfect for us, wide long hallway, huge bathroom, Kingsize bed extremely comfortable with cushy pillows and layered covers.....
Bhavi....she set up a wonderful breakfast spread and has been most gracious. Beautiful smile and very helpful.
We recommend a stay here should you be visiting the Dayton area.
When I just needed to get off the road..
Roger Lon 23/10/2017 02:49After a night of music and fun in Richmond Indiana (my step daughter was performing) I thought I would make the 2 and a half hour drive back to Kentucky, but I got tired and decided to sleep. I pulled right into the Comfort Inn and Suites off the the Clayton exit on I 70 East just north of Dayton and about 8 miles from I 75. It was just past midnight and I had no trouble getting a very clean room with a mighty fine bed to rest on. This was very nice hotel with very good comp breakfast bar. Easy on and off of the interstate, and several places to fuel the body and car scattered around.
Housekeeping is a joke!
Steve Won 17/10/2017 20:39So we came into town for 3 nights due to a family funeral. The price was great and the location was perfect! The room itself looked like it had recently been renovated and was pretty nice. Decent couch and large screen TV. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well.
I probably would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor housekeeping services. Rating the housekeeping as poor is probably generous. The only thing they did was empty the trashcan and straighten the covers. The towels on day 2 & 3 were VERY damp when we went to use them so either the towels were not dry when taken out of the dryer or they just folded up the already sued towels from the previous day and put under the sink. Unfortunately; I have to assume the latter since it is obvious the housekeeping staff does not care and does the very minimum required.
When we come back to visit family I doubt we will stay here again just because of the poor job by the housekeeping staff. Everything else was very nice - what a shame!
A reasonable choice while on the road
Blueraidertwoon 17/10/2017 05:52For an overnight stay while driving cross country this was fine. Close to the interstate, clean and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. We got a very friendly and warm reception from Katy at the front desk on arrival. Parking was close to the door and well lit. 5 stars for a motel at this price point.
