The front desk staff was nice. They let us have a late check out. It was a nice, clean and comfortable room. I would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was adequate. This hotel is just a short drive to the Cosmosphere.

our room was clean and was recently updated and looked fresh and modern. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was clean and taken care of. The lobby was very nice as well and had a lot of room for seating for breakfast. The breakfast was very nice for "complimentary" and had a nice variety including bisquits and gravy and real scrambled eggs.

We were greeted by Mindy, who was EXTREMELY pleasant and friendly upon checking in! She was efficient and informative. Our room was fantastic - - very clean bedroom and bathroom. It felt like it had recently been updated with newer carpet, drapes, bedding, etc. The room was quiet, smelled fresh and was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens and pillows. We really liked the granite counter top with the microwave built in above, the refrigerator below and a small sink built into the counter. So handy for mixing a night cap at the end of the evening! The breakfast room was very well laid-out with plenty of tables and chairs available. We will definitely stay here again when in Hutchinson, Kansas!

You know what to expect at a Comfort Inn and Suites and that's what we got. Nice large, clean suite. Comfortable beds, big bathroom. The tub was showing small signs of wear, but in general very happy and would stay again.

My family has stayed here several times over the years and have always been pleased with the hotel. We recently had a death in our family and required several changes to our reservations as family arrivals and departures changed. The staff at the front desk was awesome and went to extraordinary efforts to keep our rooms together and address our ever changing needs. The rooms are always clean and beds very comfortable. Housekeeping deserves kudos as well for a job well done and for being so pleasant.
