Karen Hon 08/08/2017 18:49We stayed in room 223. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Breakfast was fine. Everything about hotel was fine except stool ceramic bowl was larger than seat part. I found this gross to sit on. I would check out the room before registering. I do not know if this is the same in all rooms.

Theresa, General Manager was so patient and kind in assisting me. Great place to stay and they have truly done an amazing job in training their employees to provide great customer service in person and over the phone.

Very nice hotel
flamingo66on 13/06/2017 04:34Stayed on night using points. I was in town for the Indy Car races at Texas Motor Speedway. This is a bit of a drive to the track but it is an easy trip and I get a very nice room for the same price or better than lesser rooms in the Arlington or track area.
Did not take advantage of amenities but pool looked nice and breakfast smelled good. Check-in was very fast and the young lady at the desk was very friendly. About ten minutes after getting to the room she called to be sure all was satisfactory . TV was nice and room very large and well appointed. King bed was very comfortable. As I did not get back to my room until after 1 AM, I did not have contact with any other employees except for one of the room attendants near the elevator the next morning and she greeted me with a 'good morning.' Same person at the desk at checkout and again her attitude was great. Will keep this hotel in mind for my next trip that way.
Also, not sure about good restaurants in the area, but fast food is well covered with Whataburger, Waffle House, and Chicken Express all in walking distance. There are pthers around too. The gas station fronting Hwy 64 has good breakfast tacos.
This hotel had received high praises and that is why I selected it for our stay in Alvarado. The reviews were correct.
traderunner54on 30/05/2017 20:33The manager, Teressa Parker and her staff take great pride in making sure that the hotel is neat, clean, and welcoming. A special request to put our party's rooms close together was no problem for them. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers to the area.
