strangely the hotel (not new) was not in my updated GPS, so I called the hotel in transit to find which exit off Loop I-255 to use. Hotel is near exit 13 near Wal-Mart. Staff was helpful & friendly especially directing us to an eatery. Within 4 miles the Sawmill BBQ offered outstanding pork (and other meats) including ribs and pulled. 3 different kinds of BBQ sauce, all tasty. There the staff is helpful and informative about their offerings. Can't wait to stop here again. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was

For the price, and for the brand, it was as expected. I was nervous about arriving at 2am but thankfully they still had our room. Beds were fine, plenty of pillows, and I just had run a half marathon so I slept like the dead anyway. Nice large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Nice desk chair. The layout of the room didn't make sense though. I can understand putting the Tv in front of the bed so you can watch it while sleeping, but I'd move the desk to another wall. The desk blocked most of the hallway. Easy parking and easy access to the interstate. It said our room was non smoking but it still smelled like smoke and just smelled really old and stale. I'd invest in a better ozone machine and plug in air fresheners. Still, room was clean to the naked eye, just not to my nose. Breakfast was good, eggs, all of the cold items, breakfast breads, pastries, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice, waffles with later breakfast hours for the weekends. There was a pool, but no hot tub, which I was really hoping for a hot tub because I was sore from my race, but, from what I understand a lot of hotels are removing their hot tubs due to liability and the cost to maintain them.

Check in was easy,nice front desk crew. I always request a room on the upper floor, and this was honored The room was standard and the large bed comfortable. Internet and tv were good
No issues with cleanliness of the room and bathroom
The included breakfast was standard , enough to get you out in the morning

We were moving from Texas to Maine. We had reserved a room with two queen beds at this hotel. We arrived around midnight after having driven for many hours. The room was not cleaned and was occupied! When we went back to the front desk we were told that was the only room. Finally they gave us a king bed room with a rollaway. Then we were charged an extra 200.00. There were several reason given for this extra charge. The General Manager claimed that we had booked the king room in the first place and that there had never been any room changes. She called me a liar several times. I think from the looks of this hotel, they cater to the pay by the hour crowd.

We arrived very late at the hotel and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Very quick check in. The room was very nice. We would stay here again, definitely for the price. Room appeared clean and well maintained.
