Upon arriving to my room, I noticed the a/c wasnt working properly. The staff made a quick adjustment without me having to go to the lobby. I was impressed. I got to move directly from my current room, to a new one within 7 minutes. Again, impressive! I recommend this location to those looking to get a really good night's sleep, knowing they'll be taken care of!

We stayed here for when we visited Carthage to pick up our new puppy. The staff was amazingly friendly, the grounds were clean, the room was spotless, & it was in a safe neighborhood. There was not much to do in Carthage but there was a nice assortment of food places.

We stayed here because we picked up my daughter on the way to Galveston to take a Carnival Cruise. I mistakenly left all our cruise documents and ID's in our room and we drove the 4 hours to Galveston. Upon arriving in Galveston, I realized we didn't have all those items we NEEDED. I calmly called the Motel and explained my situation, The manager went to the room, retrieved my documents...immediately scanned all documents to my email. I found a print shop open on a Sunday in Galveston and printed all off. Long story short, we were able to enjoy our vacation. I cannot tell you how helpful they were and how grateful we were. They definitely went out of their way to help us out. We will always use this motel when in the area. The room is very comfortable, clean. Easy to access. Great breakfast every morning. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband, son and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Carthage, Texas in May 2017 to attend my niece's senior graduation from Gary High School. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again when viisting this area.
The bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable that you will ever find in a hotel. The rooms are plenty big for all your things and the work desk is a plus. Wi-Fi is free and worked well in the room. The included breakfast is a full breakfast including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, ceral, yogurt, etc. There is something for everyone's taste. There is also an outdoor pool and an excercise room but we did not get a chance to use them.
All the staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Stayed here twice in 10 days, April 28th and May 7th. Both times the staff were friendly, personable and helpful.
The rooms were clean and comfy. Morning breakfast was good.
Conveniently located on 59 North.
We will definitely stay here again.
