The hotel was average and so was the breakfast. The problem was with the comfort suites offer to furnish free any item you may need for personal care or comfort. I had misplaced my razor and asked for one at the desk. They responded by telling me the Walmart was just down the road and I could buy on there. So much for their helpful motto.

Arrived with a 44 people bus tour. Arrangements had been made well in advance. Got there check in time 3:00 my husband and I got to our room 6"30 after a long day of driving. Understand they had someone quit another call off. This was still not excuse that management did not step in. Room so cold it took us a half hr. to warm the room.

We arrived after midnight and the owner and/or manager allowed us an extra hour to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner and/or manager was very accommodating even at check-out. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable room size and furniture. The bed was difficult to sit on due to it's height. I'm 5' 7" and sitting on the bed had my feet 4" off the floor. Great lounge chair with ottoman, and so glad there was a night lite in the bathroom. The room (#108) was definitely handicapped accessible, not like some other places I've stayed at recently. The bathroom had a walk in shower with a fold down bench seat and a hand held shower head. Except for the carpet, everything appeared clean.

We often stay at Comfort Suites and this one lived up to the quality expected. The check in was quick, staff very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was coke and ice machine on the 2nd floor. The free/included breakfast is always great and worth allowing time to have it. This one was one of the better breakfasts, actually with the eggs fresher than usual and biscuits and gravy fresh.
