I will say that if the staff wasn’t so nice and accommodating, I would be leaving a 1 star “terrible” review.
When I checked in I was very pleased with how nice both the lady and man were at the front desk. After walking into the first room I was given, it smelled like the prior occupants smoked cigarettes in the room. Since this is a Non-Smoking hotel I immediately returned to the front desk to let them know to put a note in my paperwork that my room smells like cigarette smoke prior to my stay. Without asking, they immediately moved me to another room and we very apologetic.
After getting into my next room, I was tired and ready for bed. I got undressed and pulled down the blankets to climb in and noticed the the sheets were not changed from the prior tenant. The sheets were dirty with crumbs between the them IN the bed. On the fitted sheet and you could see printing from the mattress top design and wrinkles. It was not smoothed out like when new sheets are put on. You could easily tell that someone slept in those sheets before me.
I called the desk and asked for new sheets and they immediately came to my room to check/change them. 2 ladies came in and the 1 came over to inspect the sheets. She took 1 look at them and then quickly removed the sheets and put fresh new sheets on.
During my 3 night stay, I had to go to the desk 3 times for new room keys as they would stop working in the doors to get inside the hotel. Each time, the staff at the desk was VERY nice and apologetic.
On a higher note, they were in the middle of remodeling one of the wings of the hotel so new rooms will be very nice I’m sure. I just hope they can get the wrinkles out because the staff at the front desk is great.
Overall would I return here?? No. There are plenty of other nicer hotels in the area.

I gave this a 4 star based on the outside perception after dark, but I was glad to see the rest was top notch. I was greeted by not 1 but 2 friendly ladies at the front desk and was waited on by Nicole who literately exemplifies what a front desk employee should convey. She was very friendly and very organized and set my stay off in the right way ...Bravo she should be commended...I stay 120 nights a year in hotels and she was top 5 ever...Room was very clean and nicely decorated, air conditioning was quiet, fridge was cold and bed was comfy...I will stay again when in the are and you should to.

This is a nice, clean hotel with interior hallways. I felt safe staying here as a woman traveling alone. There isn't much in the immediate area surrounding the hotel but decent food is within about 2 miles (Outback Steakhouse, Chilis, etc.) I had a super comfortable king size bed with soft pillows. Didn't want to get out of bed. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is located right next to the freeway.

Upon arrival the check8n staff was very pleasant, the room was clean but the grounds needed attention. The trash was over from every trash can. The day after arrival I saw a staff member finally addressing the issue.
The hot breakfast - food tray empty, small space, no real attention to details and 3 of The ice machines were out of order. The overall complaint requesting towels from staff. We asked on several occassions - 5 to be exact for towels. The 1st was when someone came to make the sofa sleeper. The guy said we needed to contact the front desk. Which, we called but no one delivered. Next morning, we asked when the cleaned the room to leave extra towels, no avail. Later that evening when we came back from our outing, we asked again for towels to be delivered, no avail. Finally on the last morning, I asked the maid in the hallway, she said no that I needed to call laundry.
It's unfortunate that the Choice Chain is so stringent with towels. I'm sure the chain has plenty of towels. If this property is in need, it is incumbent upon Choice to rectify any and all issues this property is having. As a member of Choice I'm highly dis appointed.

Was awesome. She was very professional and was also very accommodating. The room was clean and the pool is nice. You can't beat their free HOT breakfast either.
Housekeeping is good as well.
It is pet friendly too I think.
My family and I was so comfortable here and the location was great. I would highly recommend you to come try out this property! My family and I will definitely use them again if and when we come back to Colton California.
