We booked this place for one night when we came to the hotel then we requested to stay longer for one more night with the night shift guy and he made the arrangements for us. In the next day in the early morning we went to the front desk and asked for confirmation the new girl said this place is fully booked and asked us to find other hotel. We were shocked and ask the front girl to help but she said sorry and blame on the front desk guy that he had made the mistake for having us to stay.

Close to grandboys. Food and rooms were very good. Used my points for second night so price for two nights was very reasonable. I recommend using the back roads around Preston like Ohio it goes right to the highway.

Booked online and prepaid. Arrived and didn't have our reservation. Front desk was more helpful then website help line. Room was nice. Only complaint the rude woman working the breakfast area. Very unprofessional. Child doesn't use milk with cereal. Practically pushed milk in the bowl. Got annoyed I wanted milk in my coffee instead of half and half. Otherwise place was nice with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great access, plenty of parking, very comfortable room. The bed was great, the shower worked well.
If I was to make any suggestions it would be brighter lighting. I was very pleased to have plenty electric recepticals. Close to great restaurant options.

Girls weekend for shopping! Easy check-in, clean rooms and great continental breakfast. Plus really close to great shopping and next door to our fav Mexican restaurant, La Hacienda.
Staff is very friendly. Found a cheaper rate on line and we booked it using the computer in the lobby. Microwave, mini fridge and plenty of storage space available.
