The room was clean and very comfortable. Our ground floor room was quiet and we had a perfectly good night’s sleep. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Parking was no issue either.

Stayed here in August for 1 night. Room given had nice view, but toilet cistern was broken! and room was very basic for the price paid (approx £130 per night for 3pax) biggest issues were getting parking places and actually driving to and from the hotel. They share a turn off the main road into Arundel, with Mcdonalds drive through and a petrol station! You are a few miles out of Arundel itself, and having spoken to locals more or less daily the traffic into and out of the Mcdonalds, and to a lesser extent the road into Arundel turn into a gridlock for a number of hours each day- it literally doesnt move and if you have a meeting/wedding etc its a complete joke. The Premier inn is about 10 minutes walk away but although on the same main road they are away from The mcdonalds drive through and petrol station so traffic was far less of an issue here - at least the traffic moved although slow...
Previous night stayed at the Travelodge about 3 miles away and had no issues at all, a bigger better room, and no traffic problems, and all for exactly a third of the price-so AVOID COMFORT INN, although staff were pleasant here.

We stayed here a week ago for one night. It is a very welcoming hotel, at A27/A284 Crossbush, Arundel and very near to the town. The staff were excellent and helpful, our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The wifi was of a very good standard and our breakfast was amazingly good - plenty of choice and lots of hot food and drinks. It is best to drive into the town and park in one of the many reasonably priced car parks unless your stay is very short. LIttlehampton is also not far away and we had a very pleasant drive down there too.

Stayed here as going to Goodwood, though like all hotels near by the price was higher than normal, some hotels were charging silly money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size, There were some little touches for a 3 * bottles of water, haribos, biscuit on the coffee/tea try. Good to see the hairdryer out of the bathroom and next to a mirror. Okay the bathroom isn't stunning but lots of space to put stuff. Good shower warm towels. Clean.
Breakfast was included and again for 3* was very good, The hotel was full but when we came down, it was neat tidy everything was there. Bearing in mind where the hotel is placed it is very quiet. We enjoyed staying there

The hotel seems to be in a strange position but proves to be in a very peaceful setting. Every member of staff relaxed and friendly. Breakfast a bargain for £5 if booked when checking in. Group of friends all over 65 but walked down to the castle, enjoyed the shops, had dinner and walked back to the bar in the Comfort Inn. Everything clean and tidy and good value for money.
