There is one decent hotel in Bradford, and this isn't it. However, because there is a shortage of hotel rooms in town sometimes you have to bite the bullet and take what is available. My problem on this trip was the $262 room rate, which is outrageous for a Comfort Inn. When I made the reservation it appears that all rooms were $262 and I ended up with a two-room suite with a hot tub. Sounds rather nice, but the housekeeping staff sprayed and sprayed the room and bed until we had to exchange the bed's pillows for non-deodorized pillows. We opened the windows and turned on the A/C to clear the air. Breakfast was unappetizing and we went elsewhere. Next time we are considering staying in a hotel closer to Olean, New York. Of course, there is the casino hotel in Salmanaca but it seemed unreasonably expensive.

Very clean and spacious room for the price. We were up for a trip to the casino so it was a bit of a drive but not too bad. Definitely better than paying $300 a night right at the casino or over $200 at the Holiday inn express.

We spent 4 nights here Aug. 25 to Aug. 28 and came away annoyed and disappointed.
While it is a nice clean modern facility, they need much better "housekeeping management" in my opinion.
When we arrived on a Thursday, the room was made up and fine. On the Friday we went out around 10AM and the room was made up when we returned about 4PM.
Saturday and Sunday were another story.
We went out around 9:30AM and when we returned around 4PM the room was not made up. Housekeeping was working on a room next to us and she seemed surprised that we were a "stay over". We told her, just give us new towels and supplies as we wanted to rest as we had to go out and play at a music festival in the evening.
Same thing on Sunday, we went out at 9:30AM and when we came back at 4PM the room was not made up. When I went to the front desk to express my annoyance, she did get housekeeping to come to the room right away and once again they seemed surprised that we were a "stay over". Once again we told her just to give us clean towels and new supplies.
The person on the front desk didn't look like she really cared about the problem and her explanation to me was they need to get the rooms ready for people checking in.
Probably "standard answer#-whatever.
Yeah--right--at 6PM there were 6 cars in the parking lot including ours and roughly the same number in the morning.
In my opinion they need a better attitude at the front desk and they really need to do a much better job of managing their housekeeping!
We have been members of Choice Privileges since 2006 and have stayed at Choice Hotels all across Canada and the USA and have never encountered this before.
If you plan to stay there over a few days, I suggest that when you go out of your room, tell the front desk what time you plan to return and you expect your room to be made up by then.

The rooms were good although we didn’t get connected rooms. They had mints that tasted really good, and two beds, And the pool was very tiny. The food was good. So over all this was an amazing hotel!!

And that's not bad.
Check in was a bit slow but the person at the counter said she's new. So that's understandable.
Room was clean and large. Breakfast was the usual Choicehotels type.
Good for a stopover.
