Brian Mon 25/10/2017 14:33There was nothing to prevent me from coming back but I found the hotel to be very average in cleanliness with dirty stairs and one morning we left and I saw a Cheeto on the flour of my room, it was still there when I returned even though the room had been cleaned.
The rooms were small which is ok however they were overcrowded with office chairs desks and appliances, a trade off I guess for room to walk or the comfort of having everything possible.
AC worked good and bed was comfortable. Average hotel stay.
Nice hotel easy exit off highway
Glenda Bon 14/09/2017 18:25This hotel was very easy to find took exit off highway in search of accommodations on an impromptu road trip. Nice location near restuarants, gas stations, and anything else you could need. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with friendly helpful staff can't ask for more!
Weekend getaway
Heather Mon 14/08/2017 00:43This lady at the front desk was horrendous. The hotel was clean enough but I could smell 'bug' spray coming from down the hall.
Will never stay here again due to poor customer service. I have emailed to complain and am still waiting in a response.
One Night in Brantford
cjauffon 01/08/2017 02:21We were in town for one night attending a concert. The entire town was sold out so the hotel was quite busy! I booked several weeks ahead of time and requested a quiet room. I called in a few days before to confirm and the front desk was great about confirming my request and had assigned me a room on the 2nd floor, which I was told was a little more quiet.
I will agree with another review that there is a distinct smell of cigarettes in the hotel, even though it's non smoking. The lobby had the strongest smell of cigarettes. The room smelled a little more musty than smokey, but there was still something there.
The lady at the front desk was quite helpful with a quick check in, and even changed our room to keep us away from a baseball team to help with any possible noise concerns, which was greatly appreciated. Check out the next day was quite fast also.
The room was a very good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The room and washroom were very clean, and well stocked with towels. Turning up the a/c for a little while helped with the musty/smokey smell and made sleeping easier.
There was a bit of noise in the hallways late at night, unfortunately. It wasn't terrible but enough to wake you up or keep you up.
The hotel is located near the 403, close to several restaurants as well (Tim's, McDonalds, etc.). For one night for a quick stopover, the hotel did the job and the staff were very friendly. I'll consider it again next time I'm in town.
A Great Staff
Bruce Son 26/07/2017 21:27I spent a week at the Comfort Inn in Brantford. I found the staff to be a very warm, friendly and accommodating group who went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The rate was at a budget friendly level and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
