I came in here while traveling to Bridgewater for work. The hotel is in a decent location. The check-in was nice and quick and friendly. The rooms are a little dated decor and appliance wise. The lighting is a bit dim, there wasn't any extra outlets near the bed to plug in a phone or laptop only a power bar at the desk. My bed was a bit saggy. Not uncomfortably so, but I did sink into the middle the bed when I lay down. Still it was a decent nights sleep and the free breakfast in the morning was alright.

The Comfort Inn is a clean and comfortable place on North Street near Aberdeen Road. Close to the hospital, across from a pharmacy and near a drive-thru A&W, the hotel is well-run and offers free breakfasts.

Great little hotel, clean, good service, quiet location but close to main road. The free breakfast was adequate and well stocked. The hotel is two story with no elevator so request a ground floor if you have mobility issues.

I've read the other reviews and must say that we did not find anything negative about the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was good. The staff were great. Joanne at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the standard Comfort Inn breakfast.

Still in the midst of our business trip, yesterday brought us to Bridgewater in Nova Scotia.
On arrival, we were greeted by such a friendly and nice lady, Michelle. She's still a trainee, but better than plenty other reception personnel we've encountered.
Michelle issued us a room close to the lobby area. Unfortunately, we had to vacate the room as it had the worst mouldy smell. My Husband's throat began to irritate, and my nose suddenly had a burning sensation.
With immediate effect, we changed rooms. However, after speaking to staff, we understood that Choice Priveledge have still not advised when a renovation would take place at this location. It seems like there's water in the walls, hence the mouldy smells. Our second room smelt as bad as the first but I sprayed my expensive Prada to try overcome the smell.
Breakfast need to be greatly improved. What's the deal on vacuum packing hard boiled eggs????? Isn't that unhealthy?? Guess it is, since my Husband has been ill all day.
No granola or healthy muffins. All the slices of bread as well as waffles were covered in plastic.
Sorry, I don't recommend unless they renovate and make changes..... 👎
