Best place to stay in brockville , great rooms and the staff is excellent . I work nights and sleep the morning away. Housekeeping stays pretty quiet in the halls , very respectful in my eyes for doing this ! professionally run crew.......thanks for the restful sleep ladies,

Stayed for one night on Saturday Nov 11th 2017. Was there with my daughter for a veterinary conference just down the street from the hotel which was convenient. We checked in around 9:30 pm and were greeted by the very friendly front desk lady. As she was checking us in she advised us that there were a lot of kids in the hotel for a hockey tournament. There were a lot of kids running around which is what I remember doing when I was a kid going to a hockey tournament out of town so no surprise lol. We ended up being on the second floor in room 203 and were pleasantly surprised at how sound proof the room was. Noise from the kids wasn't really an issue.
The room itself was ok. Bathroom is not that big but was clean. The one thing that turned out to be very annoying was the heating system. You set the temperature on the system to your desired level which in our case was 71 Fahrenheit as it was around minus 10 Celsius outside. The heater worked but it runs for 5 minutes of more and then shuts off for a few minutes and then starts up again etc etc etc all night. It isn't a quiet heater/air conditioner.
The hotel had a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. There was a nice pool. Parking wasn't an issue considering the hotel was sold out. I was able to get a late check out of 1 pm. Hotel is next door to a Food Basics store which was convenient. FREE WIFI was a nice bonus....
Overall not a bad place to stay and the price was right with the CAA discount.

Large room in a recently renovated facility. We stayed in room 135. It had two queen-size beds, coffee machine, small fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. A very nice feature to our room was that the patio doors opened for easy unloading of our suitcases, etc. The room was spacious and clean. Lighting options were varied and all working. Bathroom was also spacious and clean.
Now to what I didn't like:
1. Beds were on a very high pedestal base which made it difficult to get in and out of it
2. Bed was much too soft. Your body sank into mattress making it hard to move
3. Tv reception was very poor. I believe it was antenna reception only since the picture was snowy and full of lines. There were only about 8 channels to chose from. I'm guessing local channels available on antenna.
4. WiFi internet was included but the speed was very, very slow ... Almost like the speed of dial-up.
5. I found the ice machine but when I followed the signage indicating where to find a vending machine, it wasn't there. I never did find it.
There is a pool and fitness centre in the facility and a free hot breakfast was included in the price of the room but I can't comment on these since I didn't have the opportunity to use them. This hotel is also pet-friendly for an additional fee.

This hotel housed many many people. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and included. The staff were super friendly. Given there were so many of us...very quiet. Booked again for next ride

Budget Hotel? In price for sure... but in customer service it's first class 😊. Smaller but comfortable rooms - excellent included continental breakfast with the best coffee and good variety including hot & cold choices. Staff is 100 % accommodating - allowed us a late check out so my grandson could have a swim in their gorgeous indoor pool with huge windows showing off the autumn colours outside.. Easily accessed - clean, comfy , friendly ... We'll be back!
