We stayed here Nov 201th , one night, on our back home to tombstone, from the Nascar race in phoenix, we stayed here so we can tour casa grande area, and the ruins, our staycation. As choice members it was a no brainer, Room was excellent, cleaned well, breakfast was just fine, just a few of us older folks around, no screaming kids, lol. Weather was nice enough to use pool, but we stayed only one night, front desk was fine,, not one issue, if back this way on staycation,,, we will stay agin,, thanks once again

Our family of 8 stayed in two rooms for one night at the Comfort Inn in Casa Grande, AZ. Our stay was ok, it would have been even better off some minor repairs were made to the guest rooms. The carpet was ragged and shreaded at the entrance to one of the rooms. Both bathrooms had what we jokingly nicknamed "disco lights" in them. When turned on they flashed like a strobe light for a few seconds before actually staying on. Our wall AC unit made a LOUD banging noise for the entire night making sleep hard to attain. Breakfast was good. The hot portion included premade omelets, ham, and hash browns. There was also a waffle machine that blue berries could be added to. None of the breakfast employees greeted us or acknowledged the guests that we saw. With a few minor small repairs and smiles on employee faces, this property could easily move to a 4 or 5 star rating. Unfortunately I give it a 2, poor, because of the loud banging AC, troubled lights, and lack of friendliness of the employees we came across.

I checked into the Comfort Inn at 8pm. The front desk agents were very nice. When I got to the room, it was hot. It was 104 degrees that day but the hotel did not leave the AC on in the room and they left the window open. I'm assuming the window as open due to the smell of their cleaning materials. I could still smell them slightly when I arrived. It took about three hours to cool off the room which meant I wasn't sleeping for awhile. The hotel needs to recognize that while they may save money by turning off the AC until someone checks into the room, it takes away from the customer experience. If you open the window due to the smell of your cleaning agents, it is time to switch chemicals. Opening a window when it is 104 degrees outside isn't going to get rid of the smell as there is no air flow. I travel I10 for work all the time so I'm a potential repeat customer but I don't want to be uncomfortable for hours in a hot room. The shower worked well. Sink didn't have any water pressure. Mattress was a bit hard but okay. I felt safe in the hotel as the rooms were off interior hallways.

Arrived the weekend we were moving our daughter to college only to find out that Hotels.com had cancelled our reservations for some reason and emailed an email address I'd never heard of. The General Manager, Tim, happened to be there and even though they were busy, honored my reservation at the hotel.com price after viewing my email. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

The room, when they cleaned it was clean. The toilet backed backed up several times. The tub was blocked on the first night but was repaired. The bed was made each day but the room was not picked up most days.
The women working at the front dest were very nice, especially the young lady that worked in the evening.
