What a pleasant surprise. A bright, clean and comfortable modest hotel in Chatham. We were visiting for a specialist procedure at the local hospital and were very happy with our stay at this location. It was updated, tastefully decorated, comfy, newer linens, clean, nice breakfast with a variety of "fresh fruit" as far as Comfort Inns go. Wifi, Keurigs in room, 24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate in lobby as well as a computer. The staff were really pleasant and accomodating ie we felt cold and two blankets and small heater were rushed to our door. We have stayed in a number of Comfort Inns annually on our trek to Florida and back and never stayed in a location as nice as this one!. We also found out that if the Hospital staff signed a specail coupon from the front desk we received a very nice discount!. We have to go back and see the specialist in 3 wk and will definitely make a reservation here! It is good value for this type of hotel.

I was was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The front desk staff were wonderful, the room was spacious and clean and breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn

Last night my Husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn, Chatham Ontario. We have stayed here previously, however, this visit was excellent.
A huge shout out to Jen at reception. We had to change rooms due to no parking outside the door, and was no hassle. I asked where we could go for great salmon, and she produced a list of restaurants, highlighted the ones she thought, and still brought it to our room.
Breakfast this morning was superb, even the granola was fresh!! (At other Comfort Inn hotels it is usually rancid. I have complained to head office)
Highly recommend this hotel....

The inn is in a good location with lots of parking. The rooms are on the small side but are well equiped and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable,. Express checkout is nice and quick with the bill slipped under the door on check out morning
The breakfast bufffet is in the ok category and is sufficient to get you started on your day.
The price was cheaper than alternative hotels in the area

The room was very comfortable. It had many amenities including free WiFi, fridge, microwave, Keurig beverage maker, iron & ironing board and several electrical outlets to plug in and charge our phones, tablets etc. The price was very reasonable. We paid $15 extra to bring our pet.
I liked that they provided a recycle bin and 2 different pillows, a soft pillow and a firmer pillow. They really paid attention to the small details. They provided a continental breakfast which we didn’t participate in. You could purchase snacks and drinks in the lobby by the reception desk. Although a bit pricey it was a nice change from the usual vending machines. They even had ice cream bars available.
The staff were all very nice and courteous. In fact I would recommend this hotel based just on the quality of the staff.
