great value with very friendly staff, this place is very clean and tidy,modern, easy parking and short stroll into city. Everything from booking to departure was easy. Business associate stayed in nearby hotel which was nearly twice the price for the same quality as mine. Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. will stay again. no traffic noise either

We arrived in Launceston on a Sunday morning and drove around looking for accommodation. After checking a few hotels we came across this one. The owners were absolutely wonderful. They offered us a spacious room upstairs with views of the city, and also spent a good 15 mins advising us of where to eat and what to do in the surrounding areas.Hotel has everything you need including Restaurant,laundry and free parking on site. Will definitely return.

We were impressed with our stay here, the staff (think they may have been owners when I checked in), were very friendly and suggesting options for us to check out, it was lovely.
The room was a good size for a family of four and whilst dated, it was all functional.
Please note though, this hotel is on a VERY steep slope and reception/breakfast room are in the middle, it is a tough climb however you go. We were at the front of the property so from our door was a lovely view, but our window was on the main road, however it wasn't noisy, I think there was good insulation.
We walked into town and back so a good workout with the incline but using York St to get back to the hotel was not so steep and an easier way back.

The rooms were comfortable and bright, and the location was ideal. The Kids' Cancer Project's national tour team was so grateful for Comfort Inn's welcoming hospitality, it was the perfect place for us to stay.
Comfort Inn Coach House donated a portion of our stay. Thank you so much for supporting our first ever national tour, The Science Project! Your support made it so much easier for us to spread the word that kids with cancer need science.

We stayed there for one night in late August 2017 and couldn't fault the place. The room we had was a great size with the toilet separate to the shower/bathroom. The bed was comfy and the views were great. We called reception twice and they were attentive and very helpful, they even gave us tips on where to eat nearby. Will definitely stay there again if we ever need somewhere to stay in Launceston.
