Lovely hotel with an amazing pool area, palm trees, landscaping and this is right in the heart of town! Good underground parking and internet. Restaurant opened late and the food exceptional. Decent continental breakfast in the morning.
quiet and safe, away from the trains noises but walking distance to hospital and other important points

I had a second floor room, the service was excellent, the place was clean and well maintained. The gardenish backyard with pool was spectacular with huge coffee tree and many exotic flowers and butterflies. The river flows behind the property making the views spectacular. Downstairs restaurant was excellent. Good air-conditioning, has iron and coffeemaker, has hair dryer. Recommended location for Americans traveling in Veracruz state.

Its a nice hotel very close to the Codoba's downtown. They just refurbished it and it looks very modern. The service is very good and the view from the restauran is great even if the restaurant is not the best. Please be patient regarding the service, this is something you will find in the Mexico's provences but chill out and enjoy

Stayed here one night with my wife and 3 kids (ages 6, 9 & 10) while on a road trip through Mexico. This was selected purely as a place to sleep-and-go. Thanks to all the previous reviewers who helped us make an informed decision.
Things we liked: The Hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room faced the back of the hotel and was thankfully very quiet. There is secure basement parking. Lots of fenced grounds and pool for kids to burn off energy.
Things we didn’t like: The exercise room is difficult to find -the signs just lead one on a wild goose chase. ASK someone to lead you to the exercise room if you need it. Internet is very slow -too slow to stream anything. The TV does NOT accept external inputs so one cannot even watch ones own entertainment on a big screen. The ramp to the underground parking is steep, and scraped the undercarriage of our overstuffed minivan. (In the morning I drove up the ramp without the weight of my 4 passengers, and this helped a lot).
Just FYI:We ate dinner at the on-site Restaurant Los Campos. Food quality and price was acceptable. It was not great value for money, and the taste and quality were totally average. But it was safe. Dined there again for breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but enjoyable. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, good coffee, breads, cereals and yogurt or milk. For an additional 80 pesos one can get the buffet, which had 6 hot dishes of Mexican cuisine plus scrambled eggs, waffles and other goodies to choose from –a great value imo.
In Summary: I feel this hotel is very good value. A clean, safe and functional place to spend the night.
