Arrived for a budget overnight stay due to an early meeting in London. Expected it to be shabby, but the state of the room was nauseating. The chair was the most disgustingly stained item of furniture I've ever seen. Amongst many old stains were some fresh that bore the telltale shape of body fluids from someone having sat down naked (see photo). I inspected the bed only to find fresh semen stains on the pillow (see photo). I immediately informed reception that I was leaving. They offered me another room but I didn't want to stay there a second longer. The receptionist was on her mobile phone throughout the discussion, pausing to speak to me whilst I called hotels.com to cancel (couldn't cancel at the hotel as I'd booked through a website). What was baffling was that the bedding must have been fresh that day! I'm suspicious they might be charging by the hour...

Stayed here for one night as part of our visit to Lords for the cricket. Chosen because of proximity to Lords, it was clean, comfortable and secure. Breakfast was continental and adequate. Staff were polite and helpful.

Booked a twin room and got a quad which was a nice surprise. Really tidy and great value for money! 5 minutes walk from tube station and some great wee bars round about it. Breakfast is simple, toaster,tea cupcakes, yogurt kind of thing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, clean, mixed taps and hot water, toiletries available and great to be able to request things like shower caps, disposable razors and extra items if you forgot to pack them. Easy access to tourist spots as it's only 5 mins away from Bakerloo line, free breakfast and friendly staff. It's also quiet.
Downsides are that the wifi keot disconnecting, and the area where the hotel is looked a bit dodgy to me but it turned to be alright. The prices are lowish to mid-range depending on when you go, but compared to a lot of the poor quality budget hotels scattered around London, this hotel is clean, modern and well kept with a decent breakfast.

I stayed for one night with my family in a room for three. Considering the location, i think that the price was good for a room for 3. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious work a big variety of types.
The only thing i disliked was that i have to login to the WiFi everytime i connect.
