Stayed twice recently on trips to enjoy autumn in the region. Rooms were spacious, very well decorated, and clean, with clean, attractive carpeting everywhere including hallways. Good room climate control. Nice exercise room with modern treadmill, weights and bench. Plenty of parking around building. Plentiful breakfast in very clean and well tended area. Desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Good variety of restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Was pretty disappointed in our stay. Everything in our room was broken. When we called down to the front desk,they would come fix things. The problem is that it seemed almost constant; Light in the bathroom, television, refrigerator.. all had problems. I understand things happen, but seemed like a lot of problems in one stay. Also key card would not work the doors, so we always had to walk to the front to get in. The doors in the stairways were really dirty, and so were the floors. Have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful though!

Recently stayed there, was given someone else's receipt with their information on them so kind of leery of your personal information kept personal, not acceptable for elderly people or handicap no elevator had to walk several flights of stairs with luggage. Left something very valuable in the room call back immediately and was told they didn't see it, even had pictures Of it in the room didn't go nowhere else but the room and it mysteriously disappeared, was told that they even move the headboard from the Walt excuse me the headboard is attached to the wall said that they lifted up the bed excuse me it's a platform bed. If the person who got it means that much to them they've never had no good luck and that's how they treat their customers won't be in business very long. Not very many honest people in the world anymore. Have spots in the sheets like somebody had make up on or anything was even changed.. The only thing was decent was the breakfast

Being on our way to a convention in Milwaukee, We wanted to stay at the hotel, but had a hard time finding it until a Jackson Police Officer escorted us to the hotel. (one down side to the hotel, there were no signs from the US highway showing us how to get there.)
Once there the evening shift clerk, Tonya, was extremely helpful in getting us a room. She was very polite, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Since we had been on motorcycles all day, she helped us find a good place to eat. Upon talking to Tonya, I found that the hotel used to be a Comfort but decided to become a Quality and use the extra savings to renovate the hotel. Our room was one of those that had been renovated. The room was nothing less then I expected. It was clean (even behind the bathroom door) and comfortable.
Upon Checking out, the day people were just as nice. Breakfast was good and filling. The desk clerk was again, friendly and helpful, telling us the fastest way back to US-35.
Shall I return to Jackson, I will be staying at this Quality Inn.
We did not use the pool or exercise rooms as they were being renovated also..
Again, this hotel is staffed by very friendly people from the desk crew to the housekeeping crew. My thanks to all for a great nights stay.

Spent one night here while passing through. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was better than average. Wifi signal was better than we experience in most hotels. Would definitely stay here again.
