Okay here it goes, the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to do a review. From the moment we walked in, to two hours after we left, the service was exceptional! Michael greeted us and provided exceptional service beyond what one might expect from a hotel. During our one night stay on the morning of the 13th, one of the staff also amazed me. She did something that is rarely seen and deserves recognition for her selfless act. That act being that she gave a homeless man some food even though she had been advised against it. I wish we had grabbed her name so she can be commended on such generousitiy even though it meant risking getting in trouble. That heartless act alone has been something I have already mentioned to others and intend to proceed doing so. Following our departure from the hotel; about two hours after heading on the road, I noticed I forgot my blanket there. I called and was advised that the house cleaning was not in their office and I would be contacted once they were reached to see if they found my blanket. They promptly reached out to me stating they had found it and would hold it until someone came to get it. Overall this has been one of the absolute best stays I have had in a hotel (and I’ve been to many.) I almost wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you so much Michael and that thoughtful employee, you both are amazing and made this stay great!

I stayed here Monday evening the room was super clean and very well appointed what sets this Motel apart from the hundreds I have stayed in was the staff they are absolutely fantastic. The motels location is very convenient

I recently stayed there getting an online deal. It was surprisingly very nice. It seems I was in a recently renovated room. Flat screen tv, microwave refrigerator I always check for bed bugs and everything was clean and new. Comfortable bed sheets and pillows. My room was on 4th floor near elevator but also quiet.
The free breakfast was very good.

Have stayed at Comfort Inns and Suites in other areas but first time at this site. Bathroom lighting was more like night lights than vanity lights. Coffee pot was on table next to TV but no outlet anywhere unless you could move the TV. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient but with a staff member who spoke so loud that it seemed rude and you had to wonder if she thinks guests are hard of hearing. The breakfast was fresh, and offered a greater variety than would be expected in this site. Nancy, the staff member there, does an excellent job with the food and greeting the guests. Given the number of choices for lodging in Allentown area, will not likely return here.

We had a standard double bed room with a pet. I thought the stay was decently priced. It was extremely clean. The breakfast selection was great. I over heard somebody complain about the bar int he evening not being stocked but that did't effect my stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient to many restaurant options. My only upset was the that fitness room didn't have much to it and the equipment seemed outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
