This was a quick stay for a business sleep. Easily off of I 20 with gas stations and quick eats right there. As you walk in the Hotel there was a strong smell but was gone away in the morning. The Ac was not up to par, but ok since it ended up getting cooler outside that evening. Good parking and a quick little breakfast in the morning made it a good stay.

I called the hotel the same day the rooms were booked canceling. We had family closer that was able to put us up. So to our surprise, it showed up on our credit card bill. I called and spoke to Ms Annie. Wow. She was hostile. She told me we only canceled the room for one night. Then she said, it shows you xhexjed in. I said no no no. To which she told me I needed to stop being ugly she was only trying to help. I said I'm not being ugly, we didn't check in. She then said she wasn't going to help me because of my ugly attitude and that i would have to talk to the manager who wasn't there. She kept over talking me. Yes, I eventually said why are you being such a b%^&h. She said... you're a B*$^ lady. You're a b*รท*&&$. Wow. I called the corporate office who called over and spoke to her as well. When corp got back on the phone she said that she also spoke to ms Annie. She agrees the front desk manager was not pleasant and was even rude to them. Nice. I will say I have NEVER called someone a name before but then again, I've never had someone call me ugly and refuse to help me. So thanks comfort inn. Not only are we dealing with the aftermath of a hurricane we had to deal with a horrible front desk manager who has no compassion and doesnt know what customer service even means. Never again.

My son and I were on our way back home from Atlanta. It was 1:30 in the morning and I was ready to stop for some sleep. We were very pleased with the hotel. Extremely clean and very quiet. I would stay here again if in the area. Microwave and a nice size mini fridge that works very well. Beds were comfortable and a.c. worked great without being loud.

We stopped in for the night on our way to Memphis on 7-31-2017, after seeing they had a very good rating. This hotel is disgusting!! There was a dirty towel hung up on the towel rack. The room was a "non-smoking" room, however it smelled like awful stale cigarette smoke, that had been there for a while. Went down for breakfast and opened the raisin case to get some raisins for my cereal, and flies flew out of the case, then decided on an English muffin, and grabbed me a couple of packets of jelly for it and there were holes in the packages from being chewed through by either mice or rats!! I freaked out and was sick to my stomach so I wasn't able to eat breakfast. I finally see the first employee to say something to, after about 15 minutes, since the front desk worker was out front smoking. I tell the girl, and all she did was grab the jelly from me and threw it away and said "ok, hun." Like she wasn't even surprised at all!! Then after waiting for a very long time to turn in the keys and to complain and after ringing the bell several times the front desk worker comes up and grabs the keys and then disappears again. I have never experienced anything like this in my life!! She didn't even thank us or ask how our stay was or anything!! No hospitality at all!! Will never stay here again ever!! Disgusting!! Don't stay here!! Don't waste your money!! Should be a $25.00 a night motel, because that's what you get.

After a 475 mile trip from FL I checked in to my reservation and would be in town for 3 nights on a business trip. The check in process was easy and the front desk clerk was a very nice young lady. As I opened the door to my room I noticed it looked like someone was staying in the room. There were towels laying on the bathroom floor and one on the TV stand. The room smelled musty and wet. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room and luckily there was one available. The new room was clean and ready. There is a small area in the back of the parking lot that will accommodate a few commercial vehicles and it does fills up at night. The main parking lot is large and has 4 disability parking spots near both sides of the entrance. The complimentary breakfast is good with a lot of offerings to suit most dietary needs offering eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits & gravy, waffles, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The pool is small and can become crowded & noisy during the late evening. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern.
