My Husband and spent two nights at Comfort Inn, London, Ontario. It’s not a new hotel for us.
Saturday night was noisy, purely due to Halloween parties that ended late. We called reception twice to complain. It’s not fun being awake most of the night!!
Our room was neat and clean, and as always, Michelle was super amazing.
Breakfast was a pleasure, as their granola was fresh. A shout out to Elizabeth who runs the dining area.
Recommend always ....

I Have been Here Before and As Before , No Problems . Room was Adequate for a Nights Stay and Equipped with Fridge & Micro . Bed Comfortable . Everything Clean and Bathroom Nicely Stocked . Descent Hot Breakfast in the Morning . Staff were Friendly and Meet My Needs . I Would Surely Stay Again !

Booked this last minute and picked it based on being close to highway on my way to Windsor from Toronto. Was arriving at 11pm. Called hotel to let them know and everything at check in was great. Although it was late I was greeted with a nice smile and a warm hello. Hotel is dated, but very clean. Room was also dated, but also very clean and cozy. The best part about the room? The bed! Very comfy. Choice of a firm or soft pillow as well. Breakfast in the morning was also very good with some hot and cold foods as well as coffee and juice. Overall, a great stay. and would highly recommend!

This seems to be a pretty busy property so maybe it's got some appeal. As for me, I drove by the place in the dark three times because the sign was not lit. The desk staff said that someone else had mentioned it a week ago - I guess it wasn't a big deal. When I checked in, I went to my room, where I found an empty facial tissue box and a soda bottle and used tissue in the trash. The desk chair was torn. Also, for some reason there is a very nice electrical and USB charger at the bedside table but nothing at the desk! You can't even plug in the coffee maker that sits on the desk!!
The bed was adequate, the AC sounded like a freight train at times and the room was fairly small. If you get it at a good price it might be worth it but there are more competitive properties in London, in my opinion.

My wife and I drove all day from our Michigan vacation and we were tired - looking forward to a comfortable room at the Comfort Inn. We checked in after 7:00 PM after making a reservation with Comfort Inn reservations.
We are seniors who have traveled many places in the US and Canada but we never experienced a rude, discourteous front desk. I have a physical disability and park in handicap parking. When we checked in the desk gave a 2nd floor room with NO elevator or staff to assist us. We explained that we could not get our luggage to the second floor and asked for a 1st floor room. There was a $25 charge to move to the lower floor.
We called Comfort Inns and were given another hotel that could accommodate our needs BUT this Comfort INN would charge us $65 to cancel our reservation.
Bottom Line: we paid the $25 to move to the first floor. Never again at this Comfort Inn.
