Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was a very good size. The cable was terrible, it was so slow. The beds were extremely soft. The breakfast was pretty good. Make your own waffles. The price was pretty good.

We were put in a room that happened to be over a work area laundry, etc., which made the floors vibrate. There were large stains on new drapes, dribblings of something on the tv screen and we were unable to get the tv screen to turn off. The telephone was so filthy that I would not use it. We were on 2nd floor and did not know that outside our window is where all the trucks would park at night. As they all came in there was alot of loud talking and lots of noise. Breakfast was not that good. The worst experience at a Comfort Inn. The husband went to bed before we realized how bad it was, therefore, we did not move. The girls at the front desk and breakfast room were very nice and accommodating. beds were clean and comfortable.

I booked 4 rooms through my timeshare company at a discounted rate. It was last minute we had a funeral we were all attending Sunday so we stayed Saturday into Sunday.
The amazing customer service started from the phone call the morning of check in. Ursula answered so happy and cheerful. I let her know that people for 2 of the rooms booked would be there early and wanted to make sure they could check in even though all 4 reservations were in my name. She said of course got their names and said she would see me later. We arrived :) I go to check in and Ursula is at the counter (I wonder if she works 24/7) she checks us in room 414 and 416 again so very friendly, cheerful and informative... we get to our rooms my key isn’t working for mine my husband goes down Ursula comes up and says it’s the lock. We were going to switch rooms but then just had the lock fixed. She handled this problem so well. Making sure I still had a room next to my 18 year old and 13 year old. I really didn’t want to switch. We come back from dinner someone else (I didn’t catch her name) was at the front desk. super friendly though! I inquired about a late check out. She asked Ursula (she was still there, which is why I wonder if she ever leaves) Ursula says yes :) Thank goodness it was a lifesaver!
The next morning: breakfast was amazing! For being free continental I have NO complaints they keep it stocked and fresh! Absolutely phenomenal. We had family all over in hotels all around. Family had called us and Ursula came over and got us because they said it was for a funeral. I truly believe that is above and beyond. Check out she was so friendly and cheerful and we really needed that of all days. She really made us all smile while we were there.
Now I do not know Ursula other then from this stay but she made us feel welcome. She has something that is so rare in people these days... kindness! She is doing her job better then ANY hotel or resort I have EVER STAYED AT! EVER!!! We vacation 3 times a year sometimes more so we run into our fare-share of bad front desk employees.
More pros: beds comfy, AWESOME PILLOWS!
Now I have a couple cons my pros outweigh the cons but that is why I rated 4 instead of 5
The room we were going to switch to smelled like musty old socks. My dust ruffle had stains on it like it had never been washed (not a big deal I didn’t sleep on the dust ruffle) the table had a sticky residue all over and there was something gross on the bathroom floor. There was blood or something on the pillow case I just grabbed another pillow off the other bed. Pictures of all things attached! All in which are hotel management and house keeping issues...
All in all the stay was amazing given the circumstances and we would all stay here again.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Pool was upkept very well. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast was very good, sausage, omlettes and waffles. Person who maintaine breakfast, kept it spotless. Very close to I95.

We stayed just the one night. But we plan on staying again the next time college football brings back up that way. Room was very clean. The room temperature was very cool and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious. Usually the scrambled eggs are rubbery but not these. I had a second serving. The breakfast attendant so very sweet and helpful. She reminded me of my own grandmother! Thank you Comfort Inn for a good night's sleep and delicious breakfast!!
