I recently decided to stay overnight at this particular hotel due to other hotels in the Lynchburg area being outside of my budget. I need up getting a double bed room with a couch. I made the assumption that the coach pulled out into a bed which it did not as one of my buddies attempted to sleep on the couch and ended up sleeping on the floor halfway through the night. The beds in a double room are definitely not queen sized they are full-size beds and not big enough for two people which was a bummer. However the beds we're very comfortable for the value of this hotel and I slept like a baby at night. Breakfast the next morning was amazing aswell they had hot servers with sausage, eggs, w/ biscuits and gravy. There was also an assortment of different cereals, muffins and bagels they also had hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and a waffle maker. Let's just say the breakfast completely blew me away it was very good for this particular hotel.
**If you're curious about the free Wi-Fi here I did not use it,I tried to connect unsuccessfully twice both in the room and in the lobby I eventually gave up and just decided to use my cellular data instead of the hotel Wi-Fi
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying with in the Lynchburg area it's only a 15-20 minute drive to the south with amenities far over reaching of those found in Lynchburg

This hotel is typical for a small town as it needs some renos bad. The staff was helpful and friendly but the rooms could use some upkeep. The putt-putt is partially decent and partially in shambles. It is useable though. The pool could use draining and resurfacing. The bathroom was marginal and the cleanliness of the room was as good as the staff could get it I guess with the stains in the carpet. I kept my shoes on. The front lobby was inviting and the breakfast was acceptable but the quality could have been better.

Stayed here for four nights and were perfectly happy. The hotel is a little dated, but it's quiet, comfortable, and our host Hannah was fabulous! The putt putt golf course that is outback is really unusable. However, there are barbecue grills to be used in the swimming pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The swimming pool was clean and quiet enjoyable. If you want to pay the higher rates down in Lynchburg, this hotel is certainly a good place to stay.

I spent the weekend here for work. The rooms were clean but a little dated. Bed was comfortable and mostly quiet the first night I was there since there was wedding parties staying there. The next night was quiet. There breakfast was ok. Just the basic but still good. I just spend all year in hotels so it gets old. There was a pool and mini golf there but I travel alone so I didn't use due to families. If your in the area this hotel should be a good stop for some rest.

Stayed 1 night for a beekeeper's conference at the Chatham AG Center. Was pretty nice. There were some minor things like bathroom faucets that didn't work so greet. Bathroom floors were kind of dirty. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet for a Friday night.
