The customer service is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The shower is hot and the WiFi is stable. After choosing this location for the 3rd week in a row, the experience is consistent!
Would definitely stay here again!

Very good first impression with how clean the rooms were. Great variety on their Continental breakfast, bagels, cereal, waffles, donuts, fresh fruit, eggs and more! Room service was very prompt, even though we didn't need it that day. Stayed for an event at the Kohl Center. Although it was a little far away beyond walking distance, Uber worked well and we were down in the area within ten minutes. Would recommend.

I chose the Comfort Inn for its value: I wanted a hotel near downtown but not too difficult to get to from Epic, a hotel that had a gym / pool, and a hotel that was relatively cheap. This property met all of these requirements, and I was not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the rooms (who needs two queen sized beds?!) and would book again for the same reasons I selected the property in the first place. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in Madison without paying an arm and a leg.
Accessibility was a huge plus - free parking, and definitely within walking distance to downtown (although I don't own a car at home, so my definition of walking distance may be broader than that of most).
Probably the only negative remark I have is about the shampoo / soap. My hair felt awful after using the shampoo. I also wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast, but I tend to be a picky eater who prefers fresh fruit and vegetables, so most folks will enjoy the wide variety of cereals, yogurt, fresh waffles and meats offered up at the buffet.
I also had difficulty figuring out the shower initially, but pro tip: the more you turn, the colder it gets! Once I figured that out, I had no issues taking warm showers.

We are a very small company that exhibits every year at the World Dairy Expo - it is our second year of staying here. It is perfect for us- close to the venue, clean, comfortable, very friendly and responsive staff. A reliable stay that was even better than last year. Six stars! We found a great deal for a double room and while I prefer to be walking distance to things, you couldn't beat the price and free parking. We did find a pile of sheets and towels in our room when we checked in at 3:45 but he quickly took care of things and there were no complaints after that. It's spacious, clean, decent enough bathroom and products. As mentioned, the breakfast is fine (in that typical random cereals, make a waffle kind of way) and the happy hour they offer is a nice touch. Plus there are cookies at night. Most people don't walk as much as I do so the 3 mile drive to downtown won't be a big deal.
