This hotel has been around for quite awhile but has been well maintained. The rooms are typical for the Choice brand. They are well equipped with an HD TV, microwave and refrigerator. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Generally, the hotel is kept in pretty good shape. Room rates are moderate. Breakfast is included and the buffet OK with quite a few choices including eggs, sausage, hash browns and waffles.
More than some hotels. Get a ground floor room--it is more convenient. A pleasant stay.

This is a motel. Two stories with no elevator. There are internal corridors, though.
The place is quiet, so I gota good night sleep. Breakfast was OK, as can be expected.
The location is very convenient at the end of King street, leading all the way to the dock, where I took the sailing tour in the 30,000 islands area.

I was bit reluctant to book a 2 star hotel! Surprise! Our stay exceeded my expectations! We were not anticipating frills but we had everything we needed and got exactly what we asked for - a King on the upper floor. There is no elevator.
Reception was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with micro wave, frig and free Wifi. It was VERY quiet - not a sound all night. Great sleep.Quiet air conditioning.
Breakfast was a bit early- 6-9 a.m.The FREE buffet offers lots of choice-juice, toast, muffins,yogurt,fresh fruit,cold cereal, instant oatmeal,hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage (which could use more heat) and make your own waffles. The bar was continuously refilled by attentive staff.
At the back of the hotel, there is a nice picnic area with shelters and BBQs.
Considering this is a 2 star hotel with very inexpensive rates, I was impressed by value for money. It is located at the top of the street which runs directly down to the waterfront.

The room and rest of hotel were exceptionally clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious with fresh food such as eggs and fruit brought to the breakfast room regularly. Hotel staff were all friendly and always helpful. The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. I found the stay quite comfortable.

Not able to get a ground floor room tonight but they will accomodate that tommorrow. No elevator so many trips up the stairs hauling in my personal and work equipment. Also the room was not cooled and the fridge wide open and turned off. The room is lovely though and clean. Nice outdoor seating area with a bbq.😊
