Neal Son 13/11/2017 20:39I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and quiet. I had a long day on the road and this place was a pleasant suprise. Very good breakfast. The eggs had cheese in them. The sausage and coffee were also good. Not much to choose from for eats at this exit.

mh1341on 12/11/2017 15:48We have never been to this area so I just picked this hotel by name and location. My first impression is that it is very conveniently located. Just off of the highway. The grounds and main areas appeared well maintained. The girl at the desk was nice. Up to the room.
The good... very large. Had king bed, desk, table and chairs, and of course dresser and nightstands. The room was very clean.
The bad....as soon as we opened the door we are hit with a strong musty odor. There is a ice bucket and coffee and coffee pot but I would never use them. They are in the bathroom even though there is plenty of room in the main room. The bathroom vent didn't work which probably caused the paint to peel off of the shower ceiling. As a minor issue the television remote is taped together and the cable receiver was just laying on the dresser. At $100 plus a night, these things should be easily corrected.

Paul Aon 05/09/2017 01:25first.. the good.. the staff IS GREAT. Rooms were nice and we had a big bathroom. wifi and flatscreen, microwave and frig. and a POOL.
BAD.. the online reservation system has A LOT OF PROBLEMS.. and the staff was great at trying to fix it. My ONLY quip about this place is that we had a suite with a hot tub and there were no crash bars to grab as you got out of the tub.. it made it an adventure for sure.
Very Friendly Stay
Joseph Von 19/08/2017 22:55Work brings me to the Bethel area every so often for a few days at a time. I can stay in a number of places that are all close and all within the same price range. I choose the Comfort Inn because it has been very consistantly clean comfortable and very friendly. They also offer a contractor discount. The only real criticism I have is that it is kind of dated. The furnishings are particle board and over the years, cleaning, drinks, water, etc., have made the edges swell and start to peel. I think if corporate was to do an inspection they would not be to happy with that. It would also be nice if every room had a refrigerator in it. They dont. So you have to ask specifically for a room with one. That has caused me to have to change rooms, as sometimes they only have rooms available without one. Some of us require refrigerators for medical purposes.The breakfast is standard fare, but it is hot and fresh. The best thing is the staff is super friendly, and they go out of their way to accommodate. They keep me coming back.

Suresh Ion 16/08/2017 23:37Convenient location, Spacious rooms, friendly staff and sumptuous breakfast. Internet is spotty....needs upgrade. Water needs treatment....difficult to remove soap/lather once it is applied on the body.
