I have no idea why this hotel changed their name from "Comfort Inn" into a "Quality Inn." Comfort Inn is one of Choice Hotels top hotels so downgrading to a Quality Inn came as a surprise. It appears that not much has changed, besides the name and branded collateral in the rooms. The rooms are very nice and have been well maintained over the years. I spent 4 days there during the recent Hurricane Irma and I have to give credit to the Manager who held it all together and stayed onsite taking care of all the guests needs. She was amazing! The area is convienently located close to I-75. The Ellenton Outlet Malls are 4 miles North. Overall I like this property and it's a great value when considering the quality of room, service and price. Make sure you ask for a poolside room because there is a small lake and a half courtyard behind the hotel and the scenery is nice. The parking lot sode is loud from the interstate and there is nothing nice to look at. BONUS....Wal-Mart is also a block away!

Room was really nice and clean also great pool to relax in after working all day lots of places to eat staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was great overall I would have to say this place gets a 5** review...

First I'd like to mention that this hotel is actually called Quality Inn not Comfort Inn. They are both by Choice Hotels, but it is Quality Inn, not Comfort Inn. Anyway, I stayed for two nights and the hotel was comfortable. The room we got was on the first floor and close to the pool. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and AC was cold. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's great for a quick stay. The room had 2 queen beds, a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The check in and check out in process was quick and easy. I did not get a chance to have breakfast, but it is complimentary during your stay. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean place to sleep for a few days.

This is not the place to stay if you have kids that like to be kids. People complained in the middle of the day about our kids in the pool. Our baseball team stayed here when the woman (Jenna) from the office came out she was VERY rude, instead of moving the mourning woman whom complained she wanted our kids to be silent stating the pool wasn't a playground. If you have kids that like to have fun then this is not the place for you! Oh, lets not mention that one of our team members rooms smelled like someone had been smoking out for a week, instead of offering to move them to a different room they have them air freshener, they had small children great job Comfort Inn!

I found this hotel and our king size room to be very clean and well maintained but the most impressive thing to me was the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from JENNA (!) who works at the front desk. She went above and beyond to fix my mistake in a cheerful, professional manner. I travel with my favorite pillow and I had left it in the room when we checked out. 3 days later it was delivered (by mail) to my home. She is a 5 star employee and I hope the management of the hotel know what a gem they have with her on their staff. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future!
