Stayed at the Comfort Inn because I've had some good experiences with Comfort Inns lately. However, I wouldn't recommend this one. The hotel is tired and needs to be refreshed. The furniture was older and worn. The bed and mattress were comfortable. There was a newer flat screen TV on the dresser, but there were a couple of screw holes in the top of the dresser where something (an old TV?) had been removed. The bathroom had been "re-faced" but the face on the vanity was slipping away from the old vanity front was visible. Breakfast was disappointment after having stayed in a better Comfort Inn a couple weeks before.

I came here to avoid Labor Day B/T traffic for an early morning event - then the rains came and I could have just stayed home. However, this property had both good and bad points. Coming in, the doors swing manually, not good with a luggage cart and only one person. In addition, smoking is allowed right at the door, which is a very bad spot for the increasing number of non-smokers. As another reviewer mentioned, in the evening a group of young men appeared to hang out in the parking lot itself.
This said the duty clerk was very nice and co-operative and the room was quite nice, to include a couch in the room. The bed had five nice sized pillows - super for a king. The internet connection did not need a password, which was good, but the connection itself was quite slow. I noted that for the first time since I have stayed in a property of this chain, there was no dirty laundry bag available.,
Breakfast was okay. I did wonder about the room coffee maker, as it was a twelve cup capacity one - great for the home kitchen, but probably not so great for even two people getting ready to leave a motel. All in the motel fit the rate.

The hotel was quiet and clean enough.
Breakfast was better than expected.
They never received my reservation,so it took some time to straighten that out,but its family owned with very nice employees and I'd give them another visit,if in the area...
Just check to make sure the reservation goes through and all should be well.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Super efficient and quick check-in and check-out process. The hotel was very quiet, no noisy parking lot or hallways. The mattress was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good and it stayed hot throughout the entire shower. The breakfast buffet in the morning was tasty and a good start to the busy day. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I booked this place because it had a kitchenette and I was going to be in town for 3 days and did not want to eat out that much, figured I could save cash and calories . Low and behold the kitchenette fell SHORT, to say the least . No dishes, no plates, no utensils, NOTHING .. I think 2 forks and a few butter knives .. Kitchen wall had mold behind sink , stove elements had to be hooked back in. I had to purchase everything I needed so prob would have saved more by eating out . AC WAS OFF when I arrived around 4 am and it was 85 degrees outside so room temp was prob upwards of 100, took about 45 to cool down , TV was unplugged so I had to get on the floor to plug it in . Needless to say they are trying to save money but this was ridiculous, they knew I was checking in late because I called them, someone could have at least made sure the room was cool enough to go to sleep . Requested extra towels , GOT (1) ONE ...
Each evening when we left out or came back in there were groups of men (4-6) sitting on the bench right at the door drinking and carrying on. They weren't really loud or disrespectful but I feel they were prob regulars working in the area and the staff could have asked them to move to the side of the building or even out by the empty pool. I was traveling with 2 teenage girls and that just made me somewhat uncomfortable.
The staff that I encountered seemed nice enough .
The takeaway from this review is if you are booking because you NEED or really want a kitchen in your room, I'd call beforehand and make sure it's going to be stocked ..
