We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. We slept in, so did not sample the included breakfast. Close to the malls and big-box stores, short drive to downtown. A bit noisy during the daytime because they were repairing the curbing in the parking lot. Room was very clean and well serviced.

Extremely upset with our visit. The room was beautiful, lovely place to stay, bed was comfortable, great bathroom. However upon coming home from our stay, WE CAME HOME WITH SCABIES! This is the only place we travelled to in a few months and o ly started noticing sypmtoms after the first night sleeping in the bed. Its extremely unfortunate. The room looked very clean, however I would take precautions if you choose to stay here. I truely hope the staff start taking more precautions towards stopping this, as it is extremely unfortunate for such a nice hotel and we have suffered greatly due to the infestations on our bodies.

My Husband and I have embarked on the next leg of our business trip.
Our first night was in Pembroke, Ontario, and stayed at the Comfort Inn.
We know this hotel and were happy with its offerings this time. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was the usual Comfort Inn breakfast. However, this hotel had no granola.
Recommend.....

While driving from Vermont to Upper Michigan, we stopped at this hotel in Pembroke. It was clean, moderately priced, and offered a breakfast. For breakfast we had instant oatmeal with a bit of granola added along with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. I also had an English muffin with peanut butter. We each had some scrambled eggs with bacon. It was a pretty good selection, but the quality was so-so, like what you usually find in hotels.
We enjoyed the hotel enough that we also stayed here on our return trip home. The hotel is not far from the Ottawa River. We visited a beautiful park in town along the river and were amazed to see how large the river is here. It seemed more like a lake to us.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for a weekend at the end of August. Normally we'd stay in Petawawa but the hotels were fully booked due to a large fishing tournament. We arrived early but the receptionist checked and the room was ready.
After getting into the room we noticed that the toilet wasn't flushing correctly and that there was a lingering smell. We let the front desk know and were offered a new room immediately. That's great customer service!
New room was much better, right next to the stairwell doors but only heard the door open or close once so not loud at all. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows to chose from. There is also a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms.
A hot breakfast is included, I'd say it was on par with other Comfort Inns. Only downside is that the hotel was full so the breakfast area was a bit crowded.
Overall it was a good stay and every staff member we encountered was friendly.
There is a mini putt out back you can use. For those with mobility issues, there is no elevator so be sure to book a ground floor room.
