This was the PERFECT place for our concert at the Harvester! The room was spotless and we have Shelby to thank for that! Front desk staff did a fantastic job and had information on local restaurants (there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from).
Breakfast was great--waffles, eggs, bacon, toast, juice, fruit and more!
As an added bonus, we met the star of our show at breakfast the day after the concert. What a thrill!
I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Inn Smith Mountain Lake. We will be back!

Great place to stay, Room was spacious comfortable and quiet. There was a nice work out room that was kept up well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a great breakfast. The location is right next to a couple stations and has nearby easy free-way access. The Internet worked well and the room also included a microwave and a fridge. Great place to stay!!

We took a last minute weekend trip to the area. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room seemed clean. The hotel is kinda run down though. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Our biggest complaint was the overwhelming smell throughout the hotel of cigarette smoke. It had signs everywhere that stated it's a 100% smoke free hotel, but the odor was strong.

We stayed one night for a swim meet that was a glow meet at night. We checked in prior to the meet. The lobby include the eating area. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were able to get to our room quickly. The view was of a mountain and faced the main road. Overall, the room was quiet until the next morning we could hear loud kids that were all part of a large family reunion. Breakfast is included. The breakfast area was open and you could look down from an upper floor. In the morning, it was loud due to the large number of people for the family reunion.
Our room had two beds. It was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The bathroom was fine. Nothing too exciting, but very functional with a large counter. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows.

We were greeted with friendliness and given excellent room. Very comfortable beds, outstanding pillows! refrigerator, microwave, safe, adequate hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cold items, too. Outdoor, inviting pool and washed/dryer. Restaurants close by.. We would definitely stay there again
