The entrance to the State Park is right at their backyard. Prospect Point is a few minutes walk as well as the Visitor Center. Entry to the Rainbow Bridge is also a few minutes walk - make sure you have proper documents if you want to walk across Canada - either passport, passport card or birth certificate for 16 and under. Clean rooms and friendly staff, free breakfast and wifi. About 25 mins from Buffalo Airport by "special shuttle" which cost $24 per person.

Wanted a place to stay that was walking distance to Goat Island and to see what the Falls looked like from the American side. The Comfort Inn was the closest. Our room was a "bit" pricey for being November, but where it is situated and the cleanliness of the motel itself was worth it. We were excited to have been upgraded to top floor on the river side, but you are so close to trees, you really can't see the river.......but trees are still better to look at then other buildings.

We went to Niagara Falls in New York the first of November.
Stayed two days and the second day the room looked as good as it did the first day.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The free breakfast was very good and clean, fresh and hot.
And you are right at the falls.

Great location directly across the street from Niagara Falls State Park and its visitor center, easily accessed with free parking for registered hotel guests. I had a king room on the top floor (6) on the north side that offered a great view of the Park and across the river into Canada; could hear the roar of the Falls when the window was open. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable with the customary array of pillows. There were USB ports for powering portable devices, microwave and mini-refrigerator. However there was no in-room safe and no soap dish or shelf in the bath/shower to hold the bar of soap. The walls were fairly thin as I could clearly hear conversations of the guests in the next room. The lobby was very clean, the staff very friendly & helpful, the gift shop off the lobby well-stocked including souvenirs, and the customary breakfast offerings in the basement / lower-lobby location. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Really nice hotel, right beside the Falls on the American side. Can hear the Falls as exit the hotel. Room was big, clean and warm. WiFi works wonderfully well. Check in was quick. Not too far from Niagara train station. Would recommend this as place to stay whilst visiting Niagara Falls.
