Decent place to rest your head
Dave Mon 27/10/2017 03:42Was in town visiting relatives in the area and needed a place to stay. I believe we have stayed here before. Close to highway and several fast food joints. Should have eaten breakfast at one of them.
Room was standard king sized Ontario hotel room. Apparently recently renovated. Shower was good. Bed was very noisy
I guess it was worn out. Must have had lots of action in the past. ;-)
We were there two nights and would stay again. Staff at front desk was pleasant. Lots of work trucks parked in lot and not that quiet in the early morning as people head off for 7:00 start of workday.
Fit the bill.
Good service, friendly staff / Average stay
Susie Bon 07/09/2017 21:13We stayed for 2 nights while we visited Prince Edward County. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average but offered hot items (eggs, bacon, waffles, hot cereal) and coffee and tea was available in the lobby all day which I took advantage of. There isn't a lot to do or see nearby if you plan to go for a walk. You need to drive to shopping, museums, sites of interest, etc.
Noisy and overpriced
Noliniceon 21/08/2017 22:36Service at the reception was friendly but we found the rooms quite noisy due to the nearby highway traffic and the poor bedding (the mattress seemed made out of cardboard and it was not as firm as we would have liked it). While the hotel is clean, the complimentary breakfast more than adequate, we found the cost of 130$ in a small town like Trenton, quite expensive.
Huge disappointment
Azim85on 17/08/2017 14:45horrible cleaning services ... they dont clean anything except for fixing the bed. found spider webs in 2 different room. towel racks are full of dust. I informed the management about the spider webs 2 times and nothing happened. They did not even bother to take a look or apologize. They have Air Conditions from the 90s without any sensors. so you have to touch the filthy AC every half an hour to turn it off/on.
The bed mattresses are really bad. the GYM is tiny and smells really bad.
One night in Trenton
JM-LaRion 15/08/2017 02:11Good for one night. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable. Breakfast below average; the room is way too small for welcoming all the clients. Nothing fancy. Staff okay but not overly friendly.
