The hotel is located one block from the Metro train which can take you to DC and of course the Smithsonian area. This is the big attraction. The rooms were fine. It is just a more budget hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and it was well maintained. Tysons Corner is a high end area. Given the price of the hotel and it's vicinity to the train station to DC, you cannot go wrong. There are very high end hotels in the area but if you are a tourist and plan to be out all day, this is a great choice. They have a shuttle to the major mall in the area, which I cannot speak to. Also, there is a ton of Uber available to bring you anywhere. This would be a top choice of mine when visiting the attractions in DC.

Location and low cost is what makes this good place to stay.
But we were riddled with problems throughout our three night stay, albeit small ones. One of the rooms reeked of smoke but we were given another quickly. So much for a non-smoking policy! A few rooms had bugs crawling in the bathrooms, not roaches or bedbugs more like small beetles. One room was littered with used condom packages which clearly showed they floors had not been properly vacuumed. Most of the fridges were filled with frost. When returned on the first day from Washington, many of our room keys needed reprogramming. Morning wake-up calls seemed to be missed.
The breakfast area was very well stocked, large and plenty of seating. Double everything almost from coffee urns to yogurt fridges. The only bad thing was the pre-made, re-warmed, processed egg disks. The second morning of breakfast wasn't the hotels fault but no one did anything about it. A tour bus of Asian visitors had rolled in the day prior and the breakfast area was wiped out. We witnessed people filling pocket books with fruit and bags with the yogurts and instant oatmeal bags.
All of the rooms have doors that open to a covered walkway. The cement walkway got slippery from water dripping from the conditioners. Stairwells were not protected well from the rain either and there was only one sketchy elevator which served the whole place. The room curtains did very little to stop the light from coming in and noisy birds filled the courtyard trees.
The toilet & shower room was very small. The shower was hot and hard, something we rarely find but the tub has no slip preventers. One rooms toilet started running constantly and we discovered a broken plastic tube. The desk call resulted in nothing --- no available rooms to switch or anyone to fix it. wee did manage to fix it ourselves with some string and duct tape from the bus.

We stayed here for two weeks! The staff were wonderful! Mrs. Samar helped us a lot and was very caring lady. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with everything! The breakfast was awesome. Nothing to complain at all! We'll be back to this hotel in the future.

Booked this hotel about a month in advance after researching the whole area. The price was fair and it was right down the street from the Metro that we used numerous times daily. Was great to travel on it to D.C. Erica at the front desk was fantastic! Everyone we came into contact with was great. Free breakfast was wonderful. All one could need. The room was ok but a bit small and cramped, but when you are in it only to shower and sleep we didn't really care. I checked for bedbugs as soon as I got in the room and there was no evidence of any being there. I think I would stay there again if I was down that way.

Stayed here for 5 days and found my stay to be very comfortable. Includes a free breakfast. Free parking. Free wifi. Very close and convenient to the Spring Hills Road Silver line - was able to walk there everyday. Also, very close to some very good restaurants around the block and a Walmart that was around the block opened 24-hours. Room was clean, and comfortable. Very affordable price. Quiet at night - had no problems sleeping. No frills. Would stay here again.
