We were wanting a room for one night, near Austin, without the associated headaches of the Austin genre. Comfort Suites in Georgetown fit the bill!ag
Tammy (front desk) took extremely wonderful care of us. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Other than occasional noise from a semi truck on I-35 the room was wonderful
Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggrrsr, Canadian bacon, biscuits and gravy, hot waffle station, fresh fruit, pastries, cedreal, toast, bagels, and various drinks such as coffee, tea, milk, and juice. If you were hungry when you checked out you either missed breakfast or do not like breakfast.
I highly recommend this establishment. They show true concern for your comfort and will go above and beyond to meet your needs.
The only thing that would have made our stay better is to be on the back side with no I-35 traffic noise.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Free wifi and a nice cafeteria. Fresh sheets and the front desk has some amenities in case you forget to pack in your suitcase. I travel a lot so I get a nice welcome bag.

This is a clean, well-maintained place right off the highway. I did not think to ask for a room on the back side and was kept awake a lot of the night by traffic noise from I-35.
I spent part of the night on the couch to get away from the window. I am short and the bed was so high I needed to step on some pillows to get in it.
The linens (both bed and bath) were good and the place had all the amenities business travelers expect. The location was good for all we needed to do. Breakfast was good too (as expected for this type of hotel). I did not get my wake-up call and overslept. That and the road noise are the reasons I could not rate this higher.

Pros: Location within walking distance of 2 restaurants, spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, quiet, good water pressure in shower, breakfast has nice options (including fresh fruit).
Cons: poor lighting in room (may be type of bulbs that are used) and sporadic internet.

The staff at this location was kind and helpful. In fact, Tammy went above and beyond to help us.
However, the lobby and our room had an intense cigarette smoke odor. In addition, the sofa mattress was covered in body fluid stains.
Wouldn't stay here again barring a full remodel.
