I live 118 miles from the Pittsburgh airport so whenever my flight itinerary calls for an early morning departure or a late evening arrival I stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained, free WI-FI that has good bandwidth and the price is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and there is free hot breakfast at 6:00 AM in the morning, but on those early morning flights out of Pittsburgh, you won't be having breakfast here. I fly fairly often and I keep looking for better options, but I keep coming back to this hotel.

We took the recommendations of others in picking this hotel near the Pittsburgh airport. The staff were warm and friendly, hotel clean and beds comfortable. We had an early airport shuttle pick up, which worked out beautifully with even a to go breakfast brown bag option. Return was easy and quick. Cars were parked close to the hotel - felt comfortable leaving them. Would definitely book here again.

When I went to write this review I saw Karyn Ps review and thought what a freaking princess with third world problems!
This was my experience: When I walked into the lobby to check in I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and welcome from Kirstin. Kirstin was not only very helpful but friendly with a great sense of humor.
After I checked in I took my bags to my room and once again, as soon as I got off the elevator I was greeted by a nice gentleman that was cleaning his rooms. He seemed very happy and as if he enjoyed his job; I don't know about you but for someone who travels a lot its great know that my room was probably cleaned/sanitized by someone like this gentleman.
When I got to my room it was nice and I did not find any issues. This hotel is exactly what I try to look for when I travel; you really can't beat the price for a clean/comfortable room and friendly staff.

We had a friend flying to South Carolina to visit us. She was flying out of Pittsburgh and we did not want her to fight the traffic and have a safe place to put her car. We have stayed there before and had good experiences. So we used our card to book her room. We went on a web site for fly/drive packages. It gave us the Double Tree at $119 and we called them first and they quoted us $179 and would not honor the package on the website. So I remembered the comfort in and I called. Everything was booked up and Ashley was so nice she found us a room and free stay for the car for $115 and we could use our card for our friend. We just had to email and give permission. We could not be happier. She is flying out tonight. Thank you Ashley and Comfort Inn.

We were headed on a getaway with plans to go to Thunder on the strip in Geneva on the Lake Ohio. Due to unforeseen circumstances while riding, we changed plans last minute while in route and headed for a Pittsburgh. Being lost trying to locate the hotel we had planned to stay at, we opted to check availability at Comfort Suites. Ashley was awesome finding us a room and a great rate! She was so helpful and polite! They were accommodating and allowed late check out. Room was excellent lots of space, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of options, well stocked and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel and will book again if I'm in Pittsburgh!
