Well pleased with this Comfort Suites El Paso as I have been with Comfort Suites in other areas of the country. Spacious and clean room with a slight divider between the bedroom and the living room. Nice complimentary buffet breakfast. Clean, clean, clean. Plenty of towels and a nice bath. This hotel is within walking distance of a steakhouse with another steakhouse about to open even closer. Also for fans of Western boots, there is a boot outlet within an easy walk. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

I was so impressed with their customer service. Rooms are so clean and breakfast was good too. I have been to many hotels but never seen a breakfast room like this hotel. Best view and nice set up. Very convenient location from airport and for I10 as well. Many restaurants around the hotel and they have shuttle service too so you don't need to rent a car. I am definitely coming back.
Last but not least how can I forgot a great manager. Norma is manager but she helps every single department too. I wish I can tell her special thanks. No complaint about anything. Thank you for your best hospitality Norma.

We were visiting family, this hotel has great facilities, pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry. The king room was spacious, even for a suite. We will most likely stay here again because of the indoor pool.

We stayed at the Comfort Suties at 1940 Airway Blvd. I had a problem with billing. Norma and Elizebeth stepped in and took care of me right away!! They were confident, courteous, and true professionals!!! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all of my friends! Thanks ladies and give the a promotion!!!!

Comfort suites has a nice and presentable registration area it's inviting and clean..Rooms were spacious, updated and clean. Beds where clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is outdoors and small but with El Paso heat great for an enjoyable evening.. Staff was pleasant to work with, breakfast has well variety, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal running a little low on fruit but it was good. All in all service and cleanliness is what I expect from Comfort Suites everytime. Will definitely be back if in the area.
