Very accommodating staff!
DiAnnesInLoveon 23/10/2017 06:23We just needed a few hours sleep after our plane got in about 4 AM and they gave us a great rate since we were checking out in a few hours. Room was clean and comfortable and dark enough to catch some sleep once the sun came up. Just beware on the parking. We had to pay to park in the structure.
A nice stay in anchorage
Connie Fon 20/10/2017 00:57Comfort suites was a nice quiet motel except for being close to rail tracks close by. Their shuttle van was very accommodating. The motel was clean with an excellent hot breakfast with waffles scrambled eggs and sausages. It’s close to where you board the railroad station.
Very nice, affordable place to stay in Anchorage
MEC48on 08/10/2017 17:52I stayed at the Comfort suites for 3 days pre Katmai trip and 2 days post trip - the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms nice and I thought a very good value. It is also very convenient to the airport. I would stay there again for sure.
Great affordable place to stay while in Anchorage!
TexasTexTraveleron 03/10/2017 02:13On our recent trip to Alaska, we stayed at the Comfort Suites Anchorage International Airport on the first night of our 15-day trip, primarily due to convenience to the airport.
We enjoyed the experience so much that we cancelled a reservation for the last two nights of our trip and returned to Comfort Suites while visiting the Anchorage area. Typically, we prefer a B&B or a small Inn when visiting Alaska, but the comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast bar, and most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff at Comfort Suites made for a great experience. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.
Amazing Staff
GiniBMichiganon 20/09/2017 22:39This hotel offers what a hotel should...clean, spacious rooms, an excellent complimentary breakfast, and a staff who seem to enjoy their jobs and want to please the guests. At the front desk, Daniel, in particular, should be considered as a future manager. He went out of his way, in several instances, to meet our specific requests. He even volunteered to run an errand on his personal time for my husband, visiting a local golf course and picking up some items for him there, then bringing the items to us at the hotel before his scheduled time of work.
We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport; again the driver seemed to enjoy his job and made the trip a pleasant one.
We consider this to be an outstanding hotel, conveniently located very near the airport.
