wbrack46on 31/10/2017 23:20Three couples used the Comfort Suites Inn at Ridgewood Farm while visiting the area for a NASCAR race in Martinsville. There are some things I really liked about the Inn and other things I think need improved. I loved the location, balcony with a view of the pool and a large grassy area, large clean room with a friendly staff. The breakfast is typical of a hotel and while not great it was good. The hotel is older and showing signs of wear. The couch in our room was rump sprung and not terribly comfortable. Carpets throughout the facility are in need of a thorough cleaning or replacement. Overall the positives are greater than the negatives, the price was reasonable and we will stay there again.
Outstanding Experience
Hokiechipon 25/10/2017 06:33We had 6 friends visiting over the weekend and decided to get them rooms at the Comfort Suites, which turned out to be an excellent decision. The staff was extremely helpful in working with us to make the reservations and the arrival experience was excellent as well. Rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast bar was excellent.
Will absolutely use this property the next time we have visitors.
Spacious, clean room with a GREAT breakfast
C4636BDdeanson 16/10/2017 13:16The room was spacious and clean with ample room for "entertaining." But the best thing was the breakfast was yummy. Day one we had bacon and eggs. Day two was sausage and omelets. The coffee was hot, the choices of bread (incl. the standard waffle maker), were more than adequate. And the hotel manager made it a point to greet every guest. I would come back if I was in the area again.

Nothing bad about this place and nothing special. You get what you pay for!

HandA1987on 22/09/2017 07:00We stayed here for 5 nights. We were in town for my nephew's wedding. They accept pets and that is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, and for the location, it was very close to the wedding venue. Our room was clean and the linens and towels were clean and fresh!!!!! The front desk people were very nice and friendly. I only went to breakfast one morning only because I sleep later than others. The day that I did go, the breakfast was very fresh and well managed. They have eggs and bacon, waffles, english muffins, bagels, etc. a very nice breakfast if you ask me. One thing, maybe have a sign above the waffle maker that tells you to flip the waffle iron over once you close it. This hotel is across from Lewis-Gale hospital and there is a 24 hour Kroger right below the hotel.
