The staff at this hotel are very nice and our room was exceptionally clean. Great experience for me, my sister, and Mom after spending all day exploring the Biltmore. Right across the street from the outlets and close to the interstate. Can’t say enough good things.

If you choose to stay in an Asheville hotel that is NOT in downtown proper, we highly recommend Comfort Inn & Suites. The 15-minute drive into town was a little harrowing on the highways from there, but worth it, as the hotel was true to its name...comfort! Nice beds with lots of pillows, free breakfast buffet, coffee all day long, lemon water and cookies in the afternoon, and we cannot praise the staff enough! They were so friendly and helpful in all departments. A little more than we wanted to spend on accommodations, but hey, it's Asheville in peak Fall season, and we felt lucky to have found a vacancy!

Hotel was lovely with convenient location close to Blue Ridhe parkway and the outlets as well as downtowm Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Room was clean and comfy with a decent buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Good restaurants also close by (walking distance).

First, let me say that the staff is absolutely the best. The front desk is very helpful and take care of anything that you need. I would give it a 5 star for that alone, but I cannot overlook the rooms. The rooms smell funny, and clearly need some updating. The carpet is disgusting and after you walk in, you know you must never go barefoot. Our particular air condition unit was making horrible sounds all night. We were going to switch rooms but we found out we couldn't as there was a tour bus there and we had seen someone getting turned away at the front desk as the hotel was sold out. We got a friends and family rate so ours wasn't expensive and made it easy to digest. If I was paying full price for this hotel I would be a little bit upset. The breakfast isn't bad if you want a quick and easy free breakfast. However, if I stay there again, we will go to the waffle house right next door instead.

The hotel was nice and clean, the room that we got was large enough to accommodate three adults. The beds including a sofa-bed were comfortable. The sleep quality was good as the hotel are was pretty quiet. Breakfast was buffet had many options to choose from so we didn't leave the hotel hungry. WiFi is offered free of charge and the parking is also free. This is definitely a good place to stay while in Asheville
