This is the third time I have stayed here, the first with my wife. The staff are professional and pleasant. The rooms are large and comfortable, with enough outlets for all your power needs. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi fast. The cheesy scrambled eggs at breakfast deserve special mention. I have paid for far worse. They are delicious. You can make either pancakes or waffles. Fruit, yogurt, dry cereal and the rest of the usual. I would like to especially recognize the staff person who handles the breakfast area; she does an especially good job.

Room was clean, had all the amenities expected, quiet if you get the front side of the building. Check in and check out was easy. Only about 25 minutes from Downtown Indy without the fuss, easy access to the highway with lots of restaurants nearby.
The only complaint, which I have of most hotels with the free breakfast, is that when the hotel is busy there isn't enough seating. We ended up going to McDonald's up the street because of how cramped and crowded the breakfast area was.

My room was mostly clean - hair in the bathtub and food residue in the refrigerator. Otherwise, the room looked relatively clean. (I think but am not positive that the floor was recently vacuumed) Common areas were clean except for the stairwells. Large cluds of mud - I stayed only one day so I can't say for sure that it wasn't a recent thing. The room was large but not arranged in a way to get around easily. The desk was large and very close to the bottom of the bed. Had to pull out the desk chair to make it easy to get around to the other side of bed so I did not have to crawl over the wife. Comfortable bed but constant road noise was a distraction. Overall - very average - not what I had expected based upon the ratings. Note: It appeared that new microwaves were being delivered to all of the rooms while we were checking out.

Great stay and comfortable stay. Folks were extremely caring. I work nights and the folks were respectful to my "Do Not Disturb sign". House keeping would come back later and do the house keeping later on.
Supplied enough Kurig coffee to get me going.
This place is probably one of the best Choice property. I am a road warrior and love this place the way the run this operation.

This facility is not quite up to date, but well-kept and in a good location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, although the small breakfast nook left much to be desired. Rooms are also a bit smaller, but nice, and it is quiet. A really nice touch was having a Keurig in the room.
