We booked this room for two nights and then again for the third night. It was a clean, comfortable, economical room near a busy commercial strip five minutes from the Buffalo Airport. Check in was fine M 7/31/17. The second day Tue 8/01 we requested a courtesy ride (as advertised) around 6:30pm. We wait about ten minutes and when a driver was not available, the manager, Shaun (missed his last name) drove us to a restaurant and told us to call him when we wanted to return. Great service, great stay so far.
The next things started going sideways. The hotel was filling up fast. On Wed 8/02 we requested to book our room for an additional night Th 8/03. The front desk person asst gen mgr, N. Lanthier, gave a litany of excuses why this couldn't be done. She was trying to manage the breakfast buffet and the desk. And it was obviously a problem. But as a manager she should fix that. Then the computer was down and the desk staff could not operate w/o it. Pen & paper anyone? The other problem w/ the computer down was there was no internet available. And no receipt at checkout. Shaun was in the communications room most of Wed and still on Thu trying to get back online. Pool was not available. We put the do not disturb hanger on our door and when we came back housekeeping had come in and cleaned the bathroom.
Just maybe this was the perfect storm when we visited but it exposed the deficiencies. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns & Suites without any of these problems. If corrected this would be a hotel we could recommend. Sincerely, Nicola A Parisi and Elizabeth Farrell, Albany, NY

Stayed here for early flight. It’s cheap but spartan
Shower leaked. Bathtub not properly set (creaked and cracked horribly). Pealing wall paper.
Seemed clean.
Front desk was marginally attentive
Free shuttle to airport but parking is more here than @ airport
We might stay again ONLY FOR PRICE

Front desk clerk by the name of Bobba, was extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Texting on his cell phone seems more important. Pictures are not true to actual room.

My husband and I had to travel to Buffalo for some business. Our stay at this Comfort Inn was amazing. The staff was very kind and courteous. The Continental breakfast was very nice. The room was super comfortable & spotless. Only complaint, the pool was out of service for repairs, understandable. I would highly recommend this location & will stay here again when returning to Buffalo.

I was sent here as my flight was cancelled and after being so exhausted and stressed, the staff refused to help me with my luggage. I had to drag it up the stairs as I have a phobia of lifts/elevators and no one offered to help.
The room was a good size but wifi was poor and only got signal whilst sat on the loo.....
They offered a free shuttle to the airport which was really helpful and the lady who drove was lovely.
