TV didn’t work — sent maintenance man and he fixed it!!
Room showed signs of age - could use a facelift!!

Okay for the value
Madeline Kon 28/10/2017 00:59Beds were not comfortable. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible and was marked as such. No way could the common tub and shower combination be accessed. We were too tired to go elsewhere. The room/bathroom was clean. Like many Comfort Suites, the hotel is showing it's age and could be updated with brighter paints and accommodations. Suggest consult with handicap advisor.
Two night stay
Sharonholsombackon 25/10/2017 16:33We enjoyed this Hotel very much. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good breakfast selection and for me the Skim or 2% Milk choices were a plus. We always use our Choice privilege membership when we can and really like Comfort Inn.
Very disappointed
Bob Bon 17/10/2017 02:25We visited relatives in Daphne, and a friend traveling with us stayed at the comfort suites.
Her bed was very uncomfortable, and TV did not work.
She asked to be moved to another room, and they did move her, to another room where the TV remote worked as long as you were no more than 2 feet from the TV.
And this room was on Main street and the traffic was very noisy. Rather than staying there for another night she booked at another place and this was way better.
The manager was cooperative and refunded her money for the second night.
Not Clean
Mary Mon 16/10/2017 05:50Trip Advisor has this hotel as one of the topped ranked hotels in Daphne, AL based on the reviews, but it is definitely not a top ranked hotel. My room was not clean. The bathroom toilet had pubic hair under the toilet lid, sides of toilet dirty, bathroom mirror was not clean, side of tub had black marks along the side of it, microwave was dirty inside & out, the refrigerator was not properly clean it looks like mildew was on the door gasket etc. I wiped the lid down with my Clorox disinfecting wipes I brought along with me. It is a shame that a customer has to clean their own room because the housekeeper took short cuts when cleaning the room. We definitely won’t stay at this hotel whenever we come back this way on a business trip.
