This hotel location is very convenient for me but it has disappointed me again. After one night, returned to room at 1pm. Room had been attended BUT used coffee cups still around the room, sink not cleaned(still some shaving residue), coffee pouches not replaced and bed “thrown” together. Called front desk to report these issues.
At 10pm returned to exact same condition. Reported it to fron desk and they gave me a coyple coffee packets and made notes for the manager.
Not up to Comfort Suites prices or standards.

The positives for this hotel are location to the interstate and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful...
Negatives: I'm not sure housekeeping does anything but throw the covers over your bed and replace towels. I stayed there 4 nights and the same "hairs" were in the tub the entire time. I had empty bottles that remained in the room the entire 4 days! Also the breakfast area floor is disgusting - not sure it has ever been mopped and the staff that work the breakfast hide out behind a door and rarely come out and if you knock on the door because there is no silverware, no butter, no water, etc. they begrudgingly take care of it.

We spent three nights here and found it to be a comfortable home away from home. The rooms were nicely furnished, clean and well stocked with plush towels and adequate amenities. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent - nicely working showerhead, and plenty of room. Although the A/C had a rattle when coming on, we got used to it and didn't report it until we left. The breakfast was topnotch, with a different variety of hot items every day, plus a pancake & waffle maker, biscuits & gravy, and the typical other items, cereal, pastries, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit. The breakfast hostess Dorthea was a joy - not only welcoming, but efficient and responsive. They had two computer stations and the internet was fast. The fitness room had weights plus equipment, was clean, although a little warm. The hotel is located near restaurants and shopping, off the interstate, so it was quiet. The housekeeping staff were friendly and cordial, but the desk staff for the most part seemed stiff. Perhaps too focused on their job, or under some pressure, but most seemed cool and a smile wasn't in their game plan. Otherwise, a nice place to stay and I give them an A for comfort.

We stayed here for our trip to St. Louis. It is a quick 15-20 minute drive to down town St. Louis and saved us quite a bit of money for a much larger room.
The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for our family of 6 to stay in without feeling like we were crammed in.

A ballgame? But it's way over in Fairview Heights. Right. St. Clair transit has a shuttle service that takes fans from the St. Clair Square parking lot (about a mile from the hotel) to Busch Stadium with no stops or delays. The hotel is clean and comfortable, they serve a good breakfast, and the noon checkout makes for a relaxing morning after the game. We're ready to book again for our next game.
