For $80.00, you'd expect things to work.
The phone is unpluged and the cord connection was on the floor and highly corroded so we couldn't plug the phone back in. The chair was broken. The ceiling fan doesn't work. The hook on the back of the bathroom door is missing. Rather disappointing.

Pulling up to this hotel late at night, it was a magnificent site, but I was surprised that the parking lot was mostly empty. My reservation was ready, and the night clerk Marcus was professional and respectable. The rest of the stay was downhill from there. (1) I had reserved a room with a fold-out bed. I asked for sheets, blankets and pillows, as there were none in the room; they gave me sheets and blankets, but "had no pillows left." I was surprised at this response, since the hotel was largely empty. (2) The next morning I asked for two additional bath towels as we were two short in the room, and they said they had none available and made no effort to find any. Again, with an almost empty hotel. (3) The hot tub was inoperative - cold. (4) The strangest thing was the breakfast. There was a full 1/2 hour left, and most things were empty. I asked if there was any wheat bread, and I was told "no." Then the gal changed her mind, and went in and pulled out multiple unopened loaves. The sausage gravy was empty, but refilled to a small degree, but it was cold - the container was not plugged in. The juice machine had only watered-down cranberry juice. The rest of the juice was dispensing water. The two waffle machines were non-functioning - at least there was no batter anywhere. Oddly enough, at the very end of the food window (9:30 AM), the gal refilled everything. Later we saw the staff in there eating. They had blocked the door with a chair - we could not enter to get coffee on our way out. We also smelled waffles. As other reviews indicate, it is not a good hotel to stay at. It exists to provide the staff a relaxing place to hang out, rather than to service customers.

When we got to our room it smelt like straight cigarette smoke. Very heavily. I went back down to the lobby immediately and said I wasn’t staying in that room. I was told that there were no other rooms and he would spray my room with AIR FRESHNER. I told him there is no reason to spray it because there is no way I am paying $150 for a room that smells like cigarette smoke with a cover up of air freshener. I was informed my money was already taken and I would have to stay in this room. I refused and told him I would be getting my money back somehow if not a different room. Told him I would be calling comfort suites customer service line. I would be getting my money back. He then somehow was able to find a room for me. Supposedly he swapped my room with someone else that hadn’t checked in.
Went to our new room and the TV would not come on. It would come on and shut off after a few seconds. Which was a small thing, we didn’t get there until late so of course we didn’t watch tv. But all in all we did not have a great experience. To top it off when we walked out of our room the next morning the construction company was beating the Sheetrock off the wall in the lobby.

The property exterior and lobby were fine, even good. When we got to the room we found a smashed wall light sconce, broken slide lock on the door, missing drawer pulls on the dresser, a bend shower curtain rod and broken hair dryer holder. It seemsed clean, except for mold in the cracks in the shower. In the morning the breakfast was fine and as expected.

We went to a concert at Winstar and decided to spend the night somewhere close. Check in was smooth even though the check in person looked to be watching a 2 year old behind the counter at the same time. Wall paper in the lobby was torn and taped together in several spots. Room was a mess. Chipped furniture and a filthy couch that was very soiled. This place is very outdated and in need of some TLC. I wonder if Choice Hotels even knows how bad it is. This place need an audit!!
