Visiting my kids and grandchildren in covington. Wanted to try different hotel and it is close. Only thing I found it needed was better vacuuming of the floor in our room. Everyone was nice and room was quiet. Thank you neighbors! Food was good and hot. Nothing fancy but if you need that go to a restaurant. Waffle house next door and sonic. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is our first time at the Comfort Suites in Covington. We drive from Florida to Texas every so often and stopped here, about 1/2 way to our destination. The hotel was nicely kept, the staff very engaging and the breakfast ample. Will stay here again for sure.

I know my hotels. I stay in them 3 nights per week. I've gotten good at weighing cost versus quality. In the Covington area, this is the winner. Under $100 but feels like more:) I even enjoyed the simple, yet complete, breakfast.

This is a very nice looking hotel with a lovely lobby. It did take us quite a while to walk to our room though as the facility is slightly meandering.
Our suite was nicely appointed and laid out but they really needed a small night light in the bathroom as it was difficult to see at night, even with light in the other room.
They need housekeeping staff to keep an eye on hallways after they finish for the day. We saw a towel on the hallway floor when we went to our room around 7:00 p.m. and it was still in the same place the next morning. This is a long time for something to be laying in the hallway.
Breakfast was sub par for what I normally expect at a Staybridge. They had a wide range of cold choices (to include capers) but the hot choices were lacking. The worst part about breakfast was that the attendant never anticipated items running out - she just waited for them to run out and then worked on refilling them. There was no coffee for 10 minutes as she worked on replacing all three of the thermoses that held the regular coffee at the same time. A little bit of attention could ensure that each thermos is replaced as it is emptied rather than waiting on all three to be bone dry. The same thing (although less disruptive) happened with the sugar and the knives. I also was intrigued that only one box of skim milk, one bottle of 2% milk were set out at any one time. The attendant really did need to keep a constant eye on the milk - perhaps that is the reason her attention was not directed toward the other breakfast items.

Large, suite style rooms with refrigerators, microwaves, Big TV, free WiFi, seating area (with sleeper sofa) big bathroom with all the amenities. Set back from the highway (190) and behind a Copeland's Restaurant, so quiet at night. Breakfast was the full deal...waffles, bacon & sausage, 'pre-fab eggs', cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, muffins and danish...the works! ...'cept it only runs 6 to 9...and sometimes when I am on the road, I like a later "brunch-style" breakfast...like around 10...before I get back on the road. Clean, current, comfortable beds and pillows.
