taiy03on 30/10/2017 06:09I booked the wrong night (Thursday) due to a computer glitch, pre-paid for it & then had to pay again for the correct night (Saturday). It was my mistake and I recognized that when I spoke to the front desk on Friday morning after I found out my error. The front desk took my name for the Thursday night I prepaid and said the manager is in at 10 a.m. and would call me back. No call back. I called again at 11 a.m. and was left on hold for the manager that never came online. So I called back at 3 p.m. and the manager finally came online and was very monotone about the whole thing. I understand it was my mistake but I paid for a stay that I never did so a little understanding would have been appreciated. When we checked in after dinner on Saturday, the front desk was very nice when I checked in. However, when I checked out early at 7, I handed in my keys because I didn't realize the kids soccer match would be done by 9 a.m. I called and spoke to the manager and she confirmed when I called at 9 that our room was still not cleaned but wouldn't let me use it until the checkout time of 11 am. The hotel can't possibly clean all of the rooms by 11 a.m. so why couldn't I use the room I paid for until 11 a.m.? I already paid for one night I never used. Again, monotone and no willingness to help me out at all. It was an okay hotel but I would never stay there again and will never recommend any one I know to ever stay there. I put "average" service because the front desk was nice both Friday morning when I called in and Saturday night when I checked in, but the manager - I think it was Linda, not at all.
Great place close to work
cherylhX8208QZon 28/10/2017 10:34I felt like a VIP and in a beautiful and safe environment. Lots to choose from at breakfast and in a large open room. Staff very friendly. I shall go back if the chance comes up for me to travel in that area again.

945sherrydon 23/10/2017 18:31The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in town. Staff was very nice and ready to help with anything we needed. We did not eat the breakfast so we can't comment on it.
Very Nice Best Western
clemens227on 19/10/2017 02:01Stayed here after being booked by my company, I didn't know the area but hotel is back off the street with very little noise. The interior of the hotel was honestly the nicest BW I've ever been in. Check in was easy and Jenny was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was okay, not the greatest nights sleep but I've has worse. The bathroom is nice and big and the water pressure is adequate. No café or bar in the lobby. Free breakfast in the morning was average in comparison to other hotel chains free breakfasts. Coffee, juice, eggs, waffles, cold and hot cereal, muffins, yogurt etc. I would most definitely stay here again.
Warning: I arrived late in the evening well after dark and was excited that a parking spot right up front was open. Being late and tired I didn't really pay mind to being parked under a tree. Not sure of the type of tree but they should really consider removing them from the parking area. Overnight the tree let loose on my truck with so much sap !! It looked like a maple syrup bottle had exploded over my truck. Had to make a quick trip to a carwash before my meeting. Luckily the sap was still wet so it came off easily.

S9043RNlisaron 11/10/2017 16:54The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was so comfy. We enjoyed our stay. The air conditioner worked great. It kept the room nice and cool. Wish we had thought to bring a bathing suite, the pool looked wonderful.
